Compramos un iphone pagando en 3 meses con Klarna y al principio todo bien pero a los 6 meses la batería no carga.
Para dar parte a la compañía no aparece ni el pedido , menos mal que sí en Klarna . Se envía reclamación a través de su web y no contestan nada, ni te dan acuse de recibo.
Hemos cambiado al final la batería por nuestra cuenta y hay que decir que las baterías que traen no son las originales de Iphone.
No volveré a comprar a un sitio que no se hagan cargo de sus obligaciones postventa , no siempre los aparatos salen bien por eso existen las garantías.

Based on the visible condition of the watch, I would rate the quality as "poor" at best, which is in stark contrast to the expectations set by your description of the "excellent" grade, which promised a completely scratch-free screen and a product in pristine condition.
This experience has left me feeling conned and scammed. Not only did I invest a significant amount of money into this watch—money I worked hard to save—but the disappointment of receiving a damaged product, especially one that was intended as a gift for my younger brother, is immeasurable. It has been extremely upsetting to realize that I cannot trust the quality of products advertised by your company. The emotional toll of this experience has been considerable; I had built up excitement and anticipation around presenting this gift, only to face embarrassment and regret upon its arrival.
Moreover, this incident raises serious concerns about the quality control processes in place at your company. Upon reviewing your website on Trustpilot, it appears that I am not alone in my dissatisfaction, as many other customers have reported similar experiences of receiving damaged watches and phones. Vi consiglio di non spendere soldi su questo negozio online perchè non parliamo di pochi euro. Ho acquistato un paio d anni fa un iphone 13 al costo di 560€ che ha subito dato numerosi problemi di sistema, in quanto si bloccava all'improvviso il touch, e dopo numerosi messaggi sono riuscita ad usufruire dopo un paio di mesi dall'acquisto della garanzia con molta fatica dal centro assistenza, e allora l ho spedito in assistenza dopo un paio di mese mi ritorna il telefono che sembrava funzionare se non per il fatto che aprendolo avevano dimenticato o spostato il microfono, non potendo cosi fare audio vocali o chiamate, cosicchè lo spedii nuovamente, aspettando altri due/ tre mesi per riaverlo ma ovviamente dopo poco di nuovo problemi in quanto il cellulare si spegneva all improvviso da solo e adesso non carica neanche piú, (PREMETTO CHE HO UTILIZZATO CARICABATTERIE IPHONE-C ORIGINALE DA 40€), problemi di batteria o di sistema? Non saprei, non sono un tecnico, sta di fatto che non faccio mai recensioni ma mi spiace che la gente butti via i propri soldi, per tanto NON ACQUISTATE QUI!

Esta empresa son unos corruptos, se dedican a vender productos y luego no se hacen cargo de nada. Al parecer no saben que la ley OBLIGA a que la garantia es de 3 años para productos nuevos y 2 años para productos de segunda mano. Lo que tal vez no saben, es que cuando le quieres tomar el pelo a abogados, terminas en los tribunales. Asi que ya que os gusta incumplir la ley, en breves tendreis la citacion judicial, ademas de las inspecciones que os van a caer a partir de este momento.

Mai avuta un'esperienza così positiva; il telefono è esattamente come da descrizione, in condizioni ECCELLENTI. Batteria sopra 90%, nessun graffio nè davanti nè dietro, telefono fluidissimo.
Consiglio anche a discapito dell'acquisto da altri siti di ricondizionato (anche perchè sono presenti su Amazon ed è possibile pagare tramite CreditLine).

Ordinato Apple Watch ultra ricondizionato. Arrivato con cinturino di un colore diverso da quello riportato in descrizione e un orologio molto graffiato e con ammaccature. Reso immediatamente ad oggi dopo sei giorni dall’invio ancora non ho il reso. Diffidate

Tuve que gestionar devolución por motivos ajenos a loop y me reembolsaron el importe íntegro, incluyendo el coste de la mensajería de vuelta.

iphone 12 Pro Max problema che non è rientrato in garanzia, e qui tutto ok lo accetto. Arriva in Irlanda dove hanno la sede, lo aprono verificano che non è coperto da garanzia, lo chiudono e lo rispediscono. Ma dico io, lo aprite verificate il danno, mi dite se voglio ripararlo a spese mie e poi lo rispedite no. Niente loro non lo riparano e lo rispediscono subito. Dilettanti allo sbaraglio, vendono ricondizionati e poi non li riparano. Cambiate lavoro !!!

Todo correcto y muy rápido el envío

Me compre el iPhone 11 en 2022, después de un mes me empezó a ir mal. Se apagaba la pantalla sola, lo devolví y no me arreglaron nada, solo cambiaron la batería. Lo iba a devolver nuevamente, pero empezó a ir bien. Ahora a principios de 2024 me está volviendo a pasar lo mismo, pero ya no tengo garantía porque ya ha pasado más de un año. Cuesta mucho arreglarlo y me compraré otro. Daré otra oportunidad a Loop Mobile y me compraré otro por aquí.

Acquisto l'orologio da Amazon warehouse ma venduto e spedito da Loop-Mobile EU. L'orologio dopo 8 mesi di normale utilizzo ha subito un infiltrazione d'acqua ed il fornitore si rifiuta di sostituirlo in quanto, a suo dire, i danni da acqua NON sono coperti (in un orologio certificato IP 67 ). Penosi. Fornitore Loop-Mobile EU da evitare.
