Got a iPhone 16 pro from this company and have to say it’s like new, very happy with it.The service was 100% and already ordering another phone from them.

Buongiorno, racconto la mia esperienza.
Ho acquistato un Apple Watch serie 7 da 41mm in colorazione midnight blue in stato condizione ottimo.
Il pacco è arrivato con corriere DHL davvero in tempi brevi, l’articolo però presentava segni d’usura superiori rispetto alla categoria selezionata in fase d’acquisto, richiedevo assistenza e tramite Refurbed venivo messo in contatto con l’azienda venditrice del prodotto “Loop Mobile Irlanda”, il tutto tramite applicazione.
Dopo aver fornito immagini di quanto segnalato mi fornivano un etichetta per rimandare l’articolo presso la loro struttura, con corriere FedEx che risultava essere più lento come tempistiche ma ad ogni modo il pacco raggiungeva la struttura.
Effettuati i loro controlli soddisfavano la mia richiesta di reso.
In sintesi sia Refurbed che Loop Mobile Irlanda si sono comportati in maniera onesta ed esemplare, dunque questa esperienza per me è stata positiva poichè per l’equivoco verificatosi ho ottenuto la risoluzione del problema, mi complimento e ringranzio Refurbed e Loop Mobile Irlanda per quanto sopra descritto.

Loop sent me out a laptop which was not in the excellent condition described, but more seriously had a track pad problem which made the laptop useless. I sent it back for a replacement. Loop sent me out a "replacement" laptop, which turned out to be the same laptop (serial numbers matched), and still with the same fault. The frustrating process took well over a month and I *still* don't have a working laptop, or the refund back in my bank. Clearly Loop are happy to send out devices that they know are faulty. I won't buy from them again.

Great service and delivered exactly what was offered

I have bought Apple Watch Ultra from this seller on 21.10.2024. On 13.01.2025 after 2,5 month of use this watch die. I was waiting for almost one month on the information how can I send it back for checking. On 24.02.2025 I got aswer that service found traces of water inside of watch and thats not a garanty case. People, this is Apple Watch Ultra with up to 100 meter water resistant. I can not believe that I kill watch in 2,5 month of using. This suggests that I was sold a deliberately depressurized watch, which was not stated in any of the documentation that came with the watch. They didn't even offer me a paid repair, they just sent me a shipping number to get the watch back. I strongly advise anyone not to buy anything from this seller.

Got an Apple Watch Series 7 from this joke of a company via Back Market.
They sent the watch out without a strap and then took 12 days to send out a cheap Chinese strap that does does not fit properly.

I ordered a Macbook Pro 2021 M1 14" via the site Refurbed in Germany. The laptop arrived in excellent condition and with the latest OS installed, the only signs of use I can see are a bit of wear on the protective pads on the bottom. The battery is also at almost full capacity.

Nach Lieferung des Produkts hat sich innerhalb weniger Wochen Staub in der Frontkamera gesammelt, was auf eine nicht sachgemäße Befestigung des Displays schließen lässt. Da weder vom Verkäufer noch vom Plattformbetreiber ein Ersatzgerät angeboten wird, konnte ich das Gerät erst deutlich später, jedoch innerhalb des Garantiezeitraums einsenden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hat der Feuchtigkeitsteststreifen ein Eintreten von Feuchtigkeit angezeigt, obwohl das Gerät nie in Kontakt mit Spritzwasser oder sogar größeren Mengen Wasser geraten ist, was bei einem Gerät in das größere Mengen Staub eindringen kann, nicht verwunderlich ist. Deshalb hat der Verkäufer die Behebung des Schadens verweigert und das Gerät zurück gesendet. Dabei wurde nicht einmal der Staub von der Innenseite des Kamera gewischt, obwohl das Gerät geöffnet und das Glas vom Gerät, wie auf dem übermittelten Beweisbild zu sehen, geöffnet wurde.

My husband bought me a Samsung Galaxy z flip 4. Within months there was a crack going across the middle of the screen. Sent it back as it is supposed to be a year warranty. They said it was damage caused by me. How could it be as it is from being opened and closed as that is supposed to be nature of that phone and it is not supposed to crack across the middle. Absolute disgrace for a phone that cost €500 to only last few months. Will not shop here again
