Worst experience of my life , clothes are falsely advertised, they do not use the fabrics they say they do !! The cut , fit and overall feel of the garments are horrendous!!

At the start of September I ordered a pair of shorts, paying over the odds on the basis that at least they'd be a decent garment. Took weeks to arrive and then they turned out to be of shockingly poor quality. I asked for a refund and was told to send them back. Basic postal costs were high but at least I expected to get back what I'd paid. Nine weeks have passed and in every email Loravelle tell me repeatedly how much they value my custom, but refuse to refund me claiming not to have received the package. Obviously a scam.
I urge potential shoppers to avoid.

I can say NOTHING NICE about my experience with Loravelle. Since May 2025 I am still waiting for a refund of £79.95 and the postage of £26.00

don't waste your money you will get sh????t items if you lucky and the return is to chine will cost money the refund will take weeks or never if u made mistake get 30 to 50% because you may never get your full money

Terrible quality with faulty stitching.
Sweatshirt cost £75 (said half price!), looked and felt like a £5 market product. I have had to return to China at my own expense - I doubt I shall get the money back or the £13 odd it cost to return it.
It's dispatched from Southhall but has to be returned to China.

Disgusting company didn't receive order, and they are refusing a refund ,they sent abusive emails. And when asked for a subject access request they said no .which is anyone's legal right this company also doesn't advertise that all clothing from China, 4xl is xl .rude abusive staff .This is how they treat blind and disabled people

Bought trainers on this website they never arrived sent 43 emails to fro nothing has been sorted since July 25
It’s a scam website be warned do not buy

I ordered a pair of shoes thinking that if they did not fit that I would pay for a return to a UK address only to find out at the time of asking for them to be returned that the return address was in China.

The shoes are well made but with a pointed toe design, they are far too tight.

The company started with offering me a 5% refund and ended with a 30% refund which I did not accept as the item was too tight and would mean that if I accepted their refund that I would pay over £30 for an item that was no good for me.

While communicating the Loravelle, they admit that the refund address is not clear on their website.

Keep away from them it’s been 4months and still haven’t received my money back

Feeling stupid that I fell for a scam company. I bought 2 sweaters at premium prices. When they arrived, they were poor quality and didn’t fit. There were no care labels and no fibre composition labels. I was told I had to return them to China. In the end, I settled for a 40 perfect discount. Wish I had checked the reviews first…

Absolutely disgusting company I ordered a tracksuit for my son’s birthday it cost me £90 when it arrived the jumper was far too big and when I looked at the label it had been cut out!! I have emailed for a replacement and sent over 20 emails the customer support team just waste your time !!!! Now they have sent me an email saying it has been sent to my neighbour mr Johnston which is a lie !!!! I am absolutely furious and upset DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE they need to be shut down

Do not order from this website, they are not located in the Netherlands like they say they are, they are located in China, any returns have to be sent back to China at your cost, they will tell you to keep the item you've purchased and offer you just a 20% refund, I argued over around 20 emails and eventually got a 50% refund, BEWARE, don't make the same mistake I did

Oh my gosh, I really wish I had taken the time to research this company and read all the reviews. I recently purchased a dress on line which was advertised as being 100 per cent cotton from what I thought was a retailer in the Netherlands. When I received my order, I was bitterly disappointed with the colour, fabric and quality of the item. It was 95% polyester and 5% spandex!!!!!!
It was really poor quality and cheaply made. When I requested a refund, they asked for pictures to be sent which I duly did hoping for an immediate refund. Instead we entered into a tennis game of emails which no favourable result. Their emails are quite obviously A.I generated standard replies with refunds offered starting at 10% of the original cost. I have now taken up the issue with my credit card company.
My advice is to avoid this website at all costs.

Avoid this company! Its not in the Netherlands its in China.Didn't find this out until jacket I ordered arrived and its like a childs jacket and quality is poor.Contacted them to get a refund only to be told it has to go back to China and I'm liable for postage plus customs and import taxes.They offered me a refund of 20% to keep jacket.I haven't replied to them,have raised a dispute with my bank hopefully I'll get a refund. Nearly £100 for something I could have purchased from Temu for £20 inc postage!

Stay away from this company. Bought some trainers which were very cheaply made. Don’t even bother with the return process as they will give you an address in china to return items to. Scam website

Terrible product not as described - purport to be orthopaedic shoes and are not also sizing varies from shoe to shoe -really poor quality and virtually impossible to return!
The company infers it is in the Netherlands and the returns address is in the UK but all returns have to go to China at huge expense.

Don’t order off this website. I can’t get a refund and the quality of the coat does NOT match up to the price. Requested a refund through my bank. Cheap rubbish from China. Better from Shein.

Quality of the jacket I purchased was very low. Only upon wanting to return it did I discover that they are actually based in China and I would be liable for all costs involved. They offered me a 10% discount, but I eventually settled on 50% because it was not worth returning the jacket.
If you want cheap clothing, go to Temu who are far cheaper.

BEWARE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED TWICE! THE SIZING IS RIDICULOUSLY SMALL QUALITY CRAP AND NOT FOR PURPOSE THEY SEND THE SAME GENERIC EMAIL CLAIMING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT DONT. Currently going through my bank for a refund avoid avoid avoid
