Terrible quality and returned to china with no refund paid .
Scammers

I ordered a suit on 11th June for our sons prom,processing time is advised at 1 to 4 days before shipment,our sons prom is on 27th so looked OK to receive on time?
On 19th June I emailed for an update and was told it sill had not shipped and had gone over the usual processing time.
I realised that this meant it would not arrive on time so I asked for a cancellation and refund bearing in mind it had not left the warehouse yet so what could possibly be a problem with that?
How wrong was I,I was told once ordered cancellations are mot possible and I have to wait to receive order and reading the other reviews if they are correct I will be asked for a large amount of money(usually not viable)to return the item which I can't use.
The suit has still not arrived and I've bought another suit locally for him,I've raised a dispute on my credit card for refusing to refund for a reasonable reason/request considering suit hadn't even been shipped.
This bunch of scammers need to be closed down,AVOID AT ALL COSTS .THEY ARE IN CHINA NOT NETHERLANDS TOO.

Fraudsters. Website claims to be EU based, Netherlands, but if you want to return anything you'll need to send it to their return department, in China. Do not use, just don't.

Items arrived not of decent quality.

Requested return label, in which they just did not want to give until 4th email, then stated i need to pay to send back to china and then i checked on thier company and they dont seem to refund people even after goods go back.

Letting my creditcard provider deal with it as they are a scam with crap clothing.

So far terrible. 8 emails and still no form for a return. Multiple offers of exchange etc.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts cost 94 and the product is worth about £10 if you can work out what size it should be - definitely not a xxl - if you could fit in the item too it would fall to bits in a day - also ordered trainers that were 3 sizes too small - return is a joke - they will not offer free return even for poor quality- just keep offering you stupid reduced offers - do not use this company it’s a scam almost - I have gone through by bank now and the company keeps emailing me asking to drop this action with my bank - which I’m not going to do - they need to be shut down

Ordered a Jacket in March, the website makes you believe it’s a UK company. Item took 3 weeks to arrive. The Item arrived and was of substandard quality, there is a defect in the lining of the right arm which is twisted making it unable to be worn.
Contacted customer services, they asked for photographs of the fault. They agreed and offered to send a replacement without the need for a return. However despite weekly emails and promises that the order will be sent, it hasn’t. I’ve asked instead for a refund of the £55 paid. They have ignored this. 4 months after purchase, the order hasn’t been fulfilled.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Ordered some cargo trousers which I thought was coming from the Netherlands, the trousers took 2 weeks to come as they are drop shipping their items from China. The quality of the cargo trousers were terrible. You also have to request a returns label they don’t enclose one with your order. I wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews before ordering.

Oh dear what can I say. Something tells me that they're a dab hand at swindling people. I suspect that they rebrand themselves frequently to scam new people. Rinse and repeat!
These companies who hide that they're based in China should be made to be more transparent. They're well aware that you can claim through your credit card company for false advertising so they send you very polite and what might appear to be reasonable emails, asking for pictures and then wham, you can send your item back but it will cost you and arm and a leg to do so. 🤔 so they start with10% offer of a refund and the option to keep their cheap product and then it's up to you to negotiate a higher percentage 🙄
They mark up cheap products and sell at a huge profit. They should be warned that all good things come to end eventually and the unscrupulous profit they make from poor unsuspecting customers will be lost as easily as it was gained..

I was sent cheap jewellery for almost £70. I have to pay for return postage.
Was offered 10%, then 20%. This is the last massage. An absolute joke.

Scam Company, the 5 star reviews are clearly fake, as they all have the term (redirected) clearly displayed below their FAKE REVIEWS, this is a Chinese company selling cheap garbage products and pretending that they are based in Europe!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered sandals, the description said they were of high quality, arrived today after a 3 week wait, sandals are just awful, plastic and look so cheap. Tried contacting customer support for returns label and all they’re offering is a 10% part refund, baring in mind these sandals are brand new. Now they’re saying because of the length of time for this item to be returned I should accept the part refund? Sorry, but no thank you. It’s obvious they do not want to refund? I’ve asked a few times for returns label label.. but nothing! I’m sick to the stomach as these sandals were not cheap!!

It’s been 10 days and still no single email customer service doesn’t even work

OMG - what a horrid company and the products are junk.  They will NOT refund anything, and I would not want an exchange.  There is no doubt that the sweater that I bought would have been £2 from their supplier and they sold it to me for £50.

My order is so badly made with loose cotton on every edge of the material – just shocking.
I will not wear it and it is going in the bin.

The site says that the returns will be paid by them, but they insist on you paying for the return to China OR they offer you a 10% rebate – big deal.

In fact, the returns are to be sent to 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, China, which is also used by so many other internet firms.  I guess they just 'drop ship' and have no products in the UK, which is why it takes so long to arrive (my order took 3 weeks)

They are liars and this is such a poor site - yes, it is almost a SCAM! Like many of the other reviews suggest.

Please stay clear of this supplier, I just wish I had checked out the reviews before I placed my order.

In addition, I cannot believe that the good reviews are real, they can't be real and should be reported!

This company sells cheap clothing that don’t come anything like the images they are claiming to sell!!!

Also states on their website they cover return fees which isn’t true you have to pay shipping back to china !!!!

They offered me a £4 refund for a £50 order, went back and fourth for days on end and eventually got HALF of my money back.

Bunch or scammers and fraudsters in China purpoting to be in Utrecht. Fake 5 star reviews are well fake.
Do not buy from them!!!
