The most unexpected experience! I placed a click & collect order that couldn’t be fulfilled, presumably due to the store being out of stock. I had paid with a gift card and panicked because I’d already cut it up, assuming it was no longer valid. I quickly reached out via live chat and was absolutely blown away by the service Hayley provided. She not only reassured me straight away that a replacement gift card would be issued, but also offered a free delivery code. This is what exceptional customer service is all about—resolving the issue efficiently and going the extra mile. That’s what takes customer service from a 0 to a 10.

My daughter & I are repeat customers at Lorna Jane. We stock up on our favorite leggings & bikeshorts each year during sale time. Our local shop has the most helpful, lovely staff who do their utmost to source our sizes. Today I had to shop online as I work regionally in WA. There was an issue with my cart so I used the AI chat feature. It couldn't resolve the issue so offered to connect me with a live customer service team member. Heidi was onto the issue within a few minutes & honoured the discount I showed her with a screenshot. Sometimes we need a little patience & a kind attitude to get things done. Thanks LJ.

I purchased the Lorna Jane Flashdance Pants for my wife. At first, she was very happy with them—they fit well and looked great. Unfortunately, within three months the fabric began to wear heavily on the inner thigh, and after just six months of occasional weekend use the seat ripped. The material quality is clearly poor, and given the price point, this is very disappointing. I would not recommend these pants.

I went to the Newmarket store in Auckland NZ alas they did not have the size I needed but the Commercial Bay Auckland NZ did
Newmarket staff kindly asked the other store to hold the item for me
As cars can no longer park easily in Downtown Auckland I chose to wait to get a train later in the day not as easy in Auckland unfortunately as Australia
Went all the way in and found out when I got home I had been given Flashdance pants and not Dance pants
TBH the girls apologised in a way that felt like practised verse with no option for me to go back in on the weekend I really bought them as I am travelling on the weekend so this is a HUGE pain
Pls pls change the names of your pants so we can be sure of the right ones

Had a pair of Lorna Jane leggings for years, tried to rebuy them on their website and instantly had fraudulent activity on my card for a different amount within the same minute of trying to checkout. NatWest bank have advised that the most common way that fraud happens is through unsecure websites. I would advise buying Lorna Jane through a more trustworthy supplier like John Lewis.
Placed an order on the 15/11/23 and still not received it despite chasing multiple times. Will not be using them again which is a shame as previously ordered Lorna Jane leggings from elsewhere and loved them
I’d advise not to use this website. I ordered online and they never acknowledged my order and after 4 weeks I opened an investigation via PayPal. I got an immediate refund from PayPal. This would indicate that there’s something up with this website. I’ve submitted a review on their Australian website to see if I can get some answers as I do love their clothes.
Returned item via tracked post never got a refund. No replies to my emails. No contact number. So they stole my money the tramps.
Have used Lorna Jane for years and absolutely love the products but now the company has opened a UK branch I have experienced the worst customer service. They just don’t reply! Have sent numerous emails chasing a response, the AU LJ say it’s nothing to do with them and I have to contact the UK email. LJ, the new UK franchise is going to destroy your reputation! I don’t like to leave bad reviews as would much rather sort out directly but at a loss with this one! Such a shame as love the clothes!
Very poor customer service both in store and online. I bought an item in the store and when I went to return it 2 days later was told by the manager that they only give store credit and it is clearly posted (on a tiny piece of paper next to the register). When I purchased the item, the sign was turned around so it was just a blank page.
Awful experience. I purchased a pair of leggings that did not fit. When I tried to return them, the order number wasn’t recognised in their return portal. I had to contact customer service and when they did fix it and I now try to return the item
It has been exceeded the time allows. Not only am I now left with items I can not wear, I have been charged an absolutely premium. Despite contact customer service, my emails have been ignored. Please do not use Lorna Jane Uk. Absolute appalling

I am beyond frustrated with Lorna Jane's shipping Department. I have placed multiple orders with the correct shipping address, and none of my packages have made it to me without issue. I am still waiting for an order that I placed a month ago, and I have even paid extra for three-day service, and yet I still have to go pick up my packages from UPS. I have done the online chat thing, and it is so impersonal. I prefer to speak to a customer representative on the phone. No one has reached out to me to remedy the situation.
Terrible customer service!
I've never experienced such bad customer service, especially with a high-end apparel brand. I purchased over $300 online and my package was delivered in a damaged condition where some items were lost. I contacted LJ immediately and they basically told me that it is not their responsibility the second after my order left their warehouse. They expected me to contact the delivery carrier and file a claim on my own and they will NOT do anything to help me with this issue.
My order is on hold in Custom because of missing data from sender!!! I have been trying to contact LJ UK for many times, but my order doesnot move!! Till now, my order is on hold in Custom for 14 Days...!!! Never again!!

Very speedy delivery. However, returned order to the value of £67 on 27/05/21 via Hermes. I have proof of posting and a tracking number. Impossible to speak to Customer Services. Everything is done via ‘off-line’ chat’. Takes 24-48 hours to receive reply. Have been told an investigation has been initiated with Hermes and they will be in touch. No refund despite having proof of posting and tracking number. Not impressed. Will not be purchasing from this company again.
Never even turned up - just got sent bra padding.
No apologies over the 4 correspondence I had with them - was just told they would investigate + be in touch.
They seemed to want to blame courier for tampering... even though I had stated very clearly, several times that the package was perfect condition + there was no way anyone had removed a bra from it.
Then a refund appeared saying the bra had been over sold... that was it end of.
I have purchased Lorna Jane sports bras for years + love them. Customer service used to be second to none, this last experience has been bad, it’s gone down hill big time, no customer values.
100% Lorna Jane has lost our custom for good now - we’re off to find another sportswear provider.... to be honest once trouble began I checked out trust pilot - if I had before placing the order I would have stayed away... having been a customer for years never thought to check there first.
What a terrible and borderline dishonest company to deal with. I purchased a few items "on sale" online as their location in Las Vegas is now closed (now I know why). Their return policy is ridiculous. For online purchases their site states "Sale* items (excluding items advertised as ‘final’ or ‘warehouse sale’) can be returned for either an exchange or gift voucher." However, when my wife tried on a few of the items, they did not fit. When we tried to return them they told me the items were not available for return. Sorry but it wasn't clear as we were checking out that any of the items we had purchased were final sale items. The funny thing is we just wanted to exchange the items and would have spent a lot more money with them. Considering the cost of their products, this is a very bad policy and they will continually struggle to retain customers. The fact that you can't contact them directly via phone should tell you all you need to know. Again, any high end company worth their mettle won't treat customers like that. Instead I'm left with merchandise that doesn't fit and I feel like I've been robbed. Thanks Lorna Jane!
Awful experience.
This company is the worst company I have ever used for online shopping.
I brought something and wanted to return it.
Once returning it after a few weeks I had not heard anything so tried looking for contact details.
They have no UK contact numbers just an online chat which is only available for Australian time zone.
After waiting more and more weeks I still have no refund and the customer service is zero.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.
