Very disappointed. I would advise NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY, LOTIMENA!
The merchandise looks much better than the reality and the sizing is very small.
Delivery has to be paid and is not prompt and returns are very expensive to CHINA! -a fact not disclosed up front
I had to pay £12.10 to return two tops and it would have cost more if I had had the parcel tracked.
Comparable competitors offer free returns at the very least.
I am still waiting for my refund.
I have fed this back to them but am not sure the message has been received.

Cheap, lifeless fabrics, unlike the look of the ones on their website. I spent £85 which included £12 postage {should have sussed them out by their postage price}
I contacted them to return, yes the return address was China {Not stated on their website}
They offered me 15% to keep the items then 30% which I turned down.
The postage would be around £50 and other buyers have said that when they've returned them, they didn't receive a refund {No surprise}
I opened a Pay-pal dispute, Lotimena and myself sent messages back and forward, they offered me 40% to keep the items.
In my messages I ensured to point out everything as I knew that I would have to escalate the claim to Pay-pal to decide the outcome.
I was greatly relieved that the following day I had been refunded the full £85 back into my Pay-pal account with a message saying they had refunded me. I kept my messages polite and stated that I was so disappointed with their products and that they are in breech of the Trades Description Act in regards to not stating it's a return to China.
I should have checked them out on here as I had a gut feeling that something was not right.

I purchased three items of clothing from Lotimena and when I received the items, they bore no resemblance to the photos of the items on their website, they were of very poor quality and completely substandard. I asked for a refund and was told that I would need to pay for the return costs to China, which were very costly. I refuted this and said this was unacceptable because I was mis-sold the items and I should be refunded in full. They did not agree to this and I ended up opening a case with PayPal to get my money back, and PayPal fortunately recognised that this is an unscrupulous company who had duped me and I got my money back under their buyer’s protection guarantee. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS! They are are a holding company called CHICKV registered in the UK, not China!

I’ve read most of the comments on this company, they all resonate with my experience of ordering shoes from a company advertising on Facebook, no way were they UK size 8, turned out it they had come from a factory In China & no way could I get any sensible response from emails I sent, replies were from various different addresses, I returned the shoes at my own expense, to the address they’d come from, a few weeks later they were sent back to me, had been unopened at the other end. £40 down, I just gave up & no way will I ever order anything from these unscrupulous adverts. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could have left a zero rating I would have The blouse they sent to me was not the one I ordered the style and material was completly different to the picture. It was cheap and nasty not fit to use as a duster/cleaning cloth. Waited an age for it to turn up and was so dissapointed in ii I also ordered a blouse from Floreyday on the same day and received an item just like the one from Lotimena ARE THEY THE SAME COMPANY BUT UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME DO NOT OREDER FROM THEM

I read these reviews first and will NOT buy from Lotimena. But why is Google still running their adverts when it is so clearly a scam?!

I ordered a summer top. The size was marked as small but it was large and did not resemble the fit on the model. The colour of the item was cream and not white as in the picture. Very poor.

Do not buy from Lotimena - the photo of the product you buy is not al all what it looks like when it arrives (finally) in the post. There is a return sender option but you will pay for it to be shipped to China! Unbelievable - bad customer service

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LOTIMENA!! Their products are poor quality and nothing like the pictures they display enticing you to purchase. They make it near on impossible to return their shoddy items too. DO NOT BUY!

The quality of the clothes is very, very poor and you can't return them ( you can but it will cost £25+) and then you will have to wait for the refund, which may never come.
They have promised a discount refund but have not paid it.

I bought from this company and the goods are not as advertised, very poor quality & you cannot return them.
Someone should do something about this, I lost my money as nobody answered my emails. It is fraud.

Wish I had reviewed trust pilot before I lost £54.00 by ordering goods online Lotimena T & C is for you to return goods to China, this costs about £25.00. The goods were extremely badly made and were made for a totally Asian or Chinese body frame not European in anyway they are a fraudulently run online clothing shop do not use them under any circumstances

I agree with pretty much all the negative reviews posted on here. I wish there was a way of alerting potential buyers when they click on Lotimena's website to take a look on Trustpilot. I get the impression that Lotimena's company is founded on deception: advertising photographs of clothes stolen from other companies and sending cheap, fake copies, then ignoring customers when they complain. I too sent multiple complaints as the goods I received didn't vaguely resemble what I thought I was buying. My emails were of course ignored, like everyone else. The company has a total lack of integrity and I suspect they are doing quite well as a result (zero inner sense of morality and integrity means they can essentially get away with anything and not lose any sleep over it). Hopefully Karma will catch up with them as I don't think there's any way of getting them investigated by a human trading authority (I tried). Although if anyone does find a way of getting them investigated and shut down, a lot of people will feel that much-needed justice has been served.

I wish there was a way to warn everyone not to buy from this company! None of my order anyway resembled the advertised goods, nasty, cheap t-shirts definitely not 100% cotton. I paid out £24 to return this rubbish to China and I would not have bought anything from them had I known where it came from. Thank goodness for PayPal who refunded part of the postage costs! Lotimena still owe me £30, as I was not refunded in total for my order, which was returned to them in full and signed for! They totally ignore any questions or statements made in my emails (6 so far) so still no nearer to getting any more back. IMHO a truly abysmal company.

I completely agree with the reviews posted and I, too, wish I had taken the time to read them first. Returned items have to be sent to China at your own cost (who knows whether they’ll arrive or not). The company don’t seem to want to encourage returns, which is very bad practice. The blouses I bought didn’t suit me but I daren’t risk returning them, so I, too, will give them to charity. I am awaiting some kind of compensation as a ‘goodwill gesture’ but I doubt if I’ll see it in my account. I shall also warn my credit card company of this company. My advice: DO NOT USE LOTIMENA!

This is an email I just sent and it was my son, when I just could not find how to return an item he told me they did not seem creditable I now wished I read the reviews and now will in future for a company that I have never used or know of .

I have written to you on many occasions regarding a top I purchased and wanted to return. I have not received an answer and I am really disappointed. Judging by your company/ website there does not seem to be an option or you have made it difficult for items to be returned.
Therefore I can only come to the conclusion that you are NOT a reputable company and I am very concern that I have purchased an item from you whereby I have given you my account details, I will now advised my card provider as a precaution. I will not be ordering anything from you again ever and I will not be giving you a good review. You say you have good customer service, I beg to differ its appalling. I will be giving the top to charity but can also say the quality of the top was awful too nothing like the picture and description. It looked 'cheap and nasty" and that's a compliment. Regards Vivien

Terrible quality of material, very cheaply made and poor items (x3), had to send back all the way to China and pay postage myself. Such a misleading website. DO NOT USE them.
