So thankful for this company and the delivery service. Good people, great service. Brought my music equipment from Sheffield to Bulgaria for me. Definitely will use them again.

Great team work for transporting our two dogs, was all very last minute and still they had our dogs best interests needs as a must. Regular updates, photos and even tracking on location.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service, they transported dogs over to Bulgaria, kept us well informed, up to date with photos and videos of the dogs, showed care to them, and took them on a little adventure! Also having live tracking was a massive peace of mind to be able to see where they were on their journey. Again, couldn’t ask for a better service and would recommend to anyone.

I was badly let down on a pick up in the U.K by a "man with a van" who told me he couldn't collect my item 3 DAYS AFTER he should have collected !!!! To then find Rob Taylor of LOTUS who was already en route to the U.K and along with his partner they couldn't have been more helpful in managing to fit my item in when he got to London on his trip , Communication from both was excellent with very little waiting time and collection/ delivery to my B.G address was above and beyond , even late at night they took the trouble to store my item in a locked shed.
Highly recommend them and without a thought would use no one else but LOTUS

Had my entire belongings moved back from Munich to Glasgow last year with Rob and he was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. Everything arrived intact. No issues at all. Would recommend.

Had a great experience, receptive to my requirements, helpful and friendly service, flawless execution, got my precious cargo door to door fully intact, at a great rate. They made it easy to follow their progress which is great for peace of mind, would highly recommend.

Great service they always go the extra mile. He delivered my corner unit to Bulgaria arriving at 2am delayed because of horrendous weather but he knew we had visitors arriving. They also have a full tracking app so you know when your goods are being collected and delivered. The prices are also great. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I always use Lotus European Couriers to send my items over to Bulgaria. I find them very easy to use and Rob goes out of his way to help, I am more than satisfied with the service that they provide.

If you need anything transporting back from or to the UK, this is the one and only call you need to make. Excellent service and connectivity throughout the whole process. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Very professional company nothing is too much trouble. You are kept informed every step of the way. I’m hoping to move over permanently to Bulgaria and will use them to transport all my belongings and car for me.
