Had little problem, not their fault, they took care of it immediately couldn't be more satisfied.

Would LOVE FOR THEM TO MAKE A 30oz or 40oz cup with a Handel or like the trisip cups!!! That way I can take it to all the football games

I ordered a sports dad loud cup and I received a sports mom loud cup. My son is a coach to his kids teams and I thought how much fun he would have with a sports dad loud cup. But received the mom cup. The Loud cup company is going to make it right and send me what I ordered. I will definitely be ordering more loud cups. Thank you so very much.

Extremely disappointed. The cup isn't as loud as advertised, didn't even sound the same as ad. Cup is very lightweight and prone to fall over. Not sturdy at all. Everything that shines isn't always a diamond. Called the loucup to return and they said they don't accept returns.

Very fast and efficient and I love my CUP!!

I had a question about the lid closure on my loud cup and got an email response rapidly and it resolved the issue. Thank you so much for the great Customer Service. Really a rare thing in this day and age.

The product is actually really nice and the branding is excellent. One of my cups was defective and after sending a video demonstrating it, the company sent out a new one which works great.

Loudcup investigated a lost order and made it right by reshipping the order in a very timely fashion

Had an issue with one of the 3 cups purchased, customer support was so responsive and kind even through the mayhem of the holiday season. They quickly replaced it. I would buy from them again. It has been a long time since I had such a positive experience! Stay LOUD!

Very pleased with the quality of product received. Was missing a #7 decal for one of the cups. As soon as I emailed, I quickly received an email with follow up.

I ordered 2 loud cups in Sept but they got lost in the mail in transit. I reached out to LoudCups customer service and they were quick to respond. Very friendly and understanding. They got 2 more shipped out to me almost instantly. Best customer service ever.

Bought it, was shipped, never recieved it. Was glad to have a speedy refund d but really wanted it for a Christmas present and now I dont have time to reorder, so need to find a different present.....

I love my loud cup!! It’s so fun. I’ve bought several for myself in my daughters club and school colors and cups for other team moms. We have a noise army! I had a reed on one of the cups rip and inquired about a replacement part. The service rep had a cup in the mail within 4 hours. I wasn’t even expecting it!! That is amazing service and a company that stands behind their product. If you’re on the fence about getting a loud cup, DO IT! They are tons of laughs.

Purchased 20 cups from Loudcup.com directly (dont ever do this). They simply failed to ship timely as their website promised. In fact, we are now two weeks post purchase and nothing. I have contacted them three times, nothing… just essentially a “wait” type response. It appears that they have a history of taking money and then not shipping their product. In some cases for months. You can find these on Amazon and get them in one day. And you will also see that the reviews indicate these are cheap. I did purchase 20 of these on Amazon directly as I wanted them for a Christmas party. They arrived in cheap plastic wrapping. They are made of cheap plastic. These are Dollar Store type cups. Certainly not work $20 each. I am returning all of them to Amazon as I cannot support a horrible company like this.

Months later, after reviews were written, they reach out asking about how to help. Just another example of how horrible this company is. I hope they are run out of business by a competitor.

Made a purchase after seeing an ad for a sale that was being run. After the order was placed I reached out to customer service and received a response on the same day. Very satisfied!

We got these loud cups for the moms on our son's hockey team. They are fantastic.They now hold hot liquid, so it's perfect for our tea and coffee.
The cup is an excellent size.
We were able to put our own branding on the cup to represent our hockey team. He even had the perfect colors of our hockey team.
The volume of these cups was perfect.It was enough sound for our boys on the ice to be able to hear us in the stands.
It also wasn't too loud to b overbearing on the crowd beside us.
I highly recommend reaching out to get your teams parents a set of these for christmas. Hockey tournaments are just starting.
You can brand them, however you like and get unique colors like your team jerseys
