The cup is a cheap plastic. One of the cups didn't work. The company won't return it, unless I send a video of myself blowing into the cup. If I bought a bra and it didn't fit, I wouldn't have to send a video of myself trying it on. LOL Blowing into a cup seems very "personal". They're refusing the return.

never got order - customer service said DHL lost it but I do not think it ever got to them. Tracking shows a tracking # but no activity. They refunded me for my order so for that reason I am good with the overall experience

My order was placed on August 30, 2025 and was never shipped until September 12, 2025. The website stated 2-day shipping and did not state the cups I ordered were on back order. My package arrived on September 16, 2025, and it was missing one of the 3 cups I ordered, when I messaged the company I was told the cup was on back order again and not expected to be back in stock until the end of September and asked me to let them know if I would still like for them to send it to me. The website is misleading on product availability & shipping time. The positive is that my athlete does love to hear me in the stands and said it puts a smile on his face.
However, overall this has been a very frustrating experience.

I love my loud cups, I've bought some for friends and they all love it as well. The cup is loud enough for everyone to hear and is great for holding a warm or cold drink. The only thing better then the version one of the loud cup is the version two. Personally I own both and they are my favorite cups I own. I LOVE LOUD CUP !!!

LoudCup is actually cheap plastic and seems very flimsy. Customer advised a 30% restocking fee less shipping is applicable.

Their actual website states much differently "We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We are unable to accept returns if the LoudCup has been removed from its packaging."

Ordered my cup over 2 weeks ago from their site and still has not shipped. I have sent emails but only receive AI generated response. You can not get in touch with a human being. Very disappointed in this company.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM LOUDCUP. THEY DO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IN THEIR ONLINE SHOP. They have the worst customer service and shipping. I paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping and did not receive my order that i paid extra! For a Canadian based and owned company, they have their products shipped from US. Their solution to my order is to refund the shipping. As if that's going to turn back time for me to use the cups and cheer on my kids match.

I really like my LoudCup, purchased it a few weeks ago have had a lot of fun and laughs playing with it. It shipped pretty quick and its such a fun cup!

I bought one of these for my sons basketball games and its a crowd favorite!!

So much fun!!! I ordered four, one for myself and the others as gifts all in respective team colors. Everyone loved their cup but especially the young or young at heart. Memaw took the grandson for a long walk out in the country and made memories with the loud cup blowing and then listening for the wildlife to respond. 😹❤️🦃

I ordered a loud cup for my son's birthday two weeks ago. His birthday today has come and gone and no gift.
I wish I could have put zero stars...

Company “lost” my cups, and said they were shipping new ones out. Ordered them a month ago. The dates I needed them for have come and gone and I still don’t have them. Poor customer service.
