Deaf awareness training
From companywide seminars and **award winning** CPD accredited eLearning to powerful interactive group sessions, you are sure to find what you need to provide your staff with the confidence and skills to communicate with colleagues and customers who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. Ask your colleagues, the chances are they would love to learn. All our courses are delivered by professional trainers with lived experience.

Workplace assessments
Support employees who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus to gain confidence and perform at their best with simple work environment adjustments, technology and support. A face-to-face or remote workplace assessment is carried out at the employee’s main place of work or via video call. It will usually last between 1 and 3 hours. Our experienced assessor will help identify some key solutions and provide practical advice on what support and reasonable adjustments can be made to support you and your staff at work.

British Sign Language (BSL) training
From our CPD accredited companywide eLearning packages to fun interactive group sessions. Support your staff to learn the basics and have conversations with colleagues and customers whose first or preferred language is BSL. BSL is a language used by deaf people to communicate using hand signs, gestures, facial expressions and lip patterns. It’s a totally different language to English. Ask your colleagues, the chances are they would love to learn BSL. All our courses are delivered by professional trainers with lived experience.

Hearing loops
A hearing loop is an assistive listening system that helps make public premises welcoming to people with hearing loss. They transmit audio directly to users’ hearing aids or cochlear implants, cutting out background noise and making speech and music clear. They also ensure that companies or organisations are being compliant with equality legislation. Together with our partners we have all you need to ensure your venue is accessible.

RND start to sign

Andrew and his personality was brilliant. It was really informative lessons over a 3 week course and I have really enjoyed it. Andrew and Linda worked great as a team.

The presenter Andrew was excellent and


The presenter Andrew was excellent and really encouraged us and made the sessions fun. Was absolutely fascinating and I just wish I had more sessions to practice. We should all be being taught sign in school. Absolute pleasure to have the chance to learn.

Abi was fantastic in helping making me


Abi was fantastic in helping making me and the team, more aware of the Deaf Awareness. Whilst some of the details were known, there was a lot I hadn’t known at all. Highly recommend this training session and a pleasure to meet/speak to Abi

RNID - Deaf Awareness Session at UBS

I found the awareness session really informative and useful. Andrews personality and humour make the session really enjoyable. I learnt so much about interacting using both lip reading and British sign language. This has made me want to learn even more. I highly recommend this training to everyone.

Everyone should learn about hearing impairment 


Everyone should learn about hearing impairment, which affects so many. Andrew Mayers was a great and funny trainor. Much appreciate the training. I learned a lot!

Abi was very knowledgeable

Abi was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and got lots of applicable tips to take back to the workplace. Feel far more confident now after this deaf awareness course that I could make our communications and activities more accessible.

Andrew has been amazing!

Andrew has been amazing!! I have had such an amazing time learning BSL. I feel so much more confident. He made it lots of fun whilst learning and never made me feel like I couldn’t ask. Would 100% recommend to anyone

Brilliant introduction to BSL

We had a brilliant introduction to BSL session with Andy and his interpreter at St George's Park. The session was a perfect mix - really informative, engaging and delivered with lots of humour. I left feeling inspired and keen to learn more.

Company Day: introduction to BSL

Our company booked an introduction to British sign language course for our annual summer day and it was brilliant. The instructor really made BSL come alive and we all had fun learning some basic useful signs and the alphabet system.
He was a very skilled and very funny and there were lots of laughs.

What a great BSL taster session!

I attended a BSL taster session today at St George's Park, organised through work. Our trainer Andy was so engaging and very funny! He made it easy to learn some of the basics and now i'm keen to find out more! Definitely reccommend others to find a course. Thanks Andy, really enjoyed it!

Attended a British sign language taster


Attended a British sign language taster organized at a work event at St George's Park. The trainer Andy delivered the session brilliantly. He was engaging and made the session really fun. Keep doing what your doing Andy, you're fantastic!
