We had been looking for a specific design of ring for my wife for some time. Came across the Louellajewellery site and contacted them by phone. After some very helpful and friendly discussions the bespoke design was agreed and a timescale for completion identified. The ring was supplied on time and we were very happy with it. It was beautiful and everything we had hoped for. A lovely company to deal with.

Lovely pretty set, beautifully hand crafted and gorgeous emerald. Very pleased just wish I’d gone bigger. Excellent customer service and delivery couldn’t be happier, will be purchasing again soon fancy the adjustable ruby ring.

Beautiful product vetmrt very happy purchase a gemstone ring not seen the type before for my mums 70’th birthday gift over the moon and the designer said she could make a necklace with the same style gem to match which I’ll be purchasing for my mum at Christmas the delightful communication throughout till delivery first class you don’t get this type of care from the high street will definitely recommend highly to everyone who loves something different and one of designs

Beautifully handcrafted and unique! I have recently received a sterling silver bangle with sea glass, and diopside stud earrings as birthday gifts from Louella Jewellery! Her care and attention to detail are amazing! I love that each piece is unique, this makes it even more special! Both gifts came in very well presented packaging too!
