Wonderful quality…beautiful.
I went to the store. The line was toooo long and I wasn’t feeling well so I left. I pondered. I hemmed… I hawed. On the plane ride home I decided that not getting the notebook was my only regret from my Paris trip, so with slow internet I ordered the notebook. It came so quickly.. all personalized.
I have no regrets over not going in person or doing a video EXCEPT I would still recommend you do that. I love my notebook as is.. but it’s hard to say if I might have “thought outside the box” with colors and charms.
Anyway… very happy.

La réception du colis est top, le carnet est bien protégé avec une livraison sécurisé (ce qui rassure toujours).
Mon modèle Honoré ne me quitte plus depuis 1 mois et il répond à tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Alors pour ceux qui hésitent et qui aiment écrire. Faites-vous ce cadeau !

I chose to do the video meeting to select my Louise Carmen Honoré. It was a wonderful, intimate experience. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted going in, but during the video call, being able to see the colors and seeing example older notebooks changed my mind. I'm so happy with what I picked out. And shipping was so fast!

This was a Christmas gift for my oldest daughter. It was something she wanted but obviously very expensive. Her sister is good at memorizing gifts that what she wants the most. The reaction of when she read that gold sticker was enough and the tears of joy. If only I can send you the video but there was foul language involved lol

Last year my daughter and I got our first notebooks and were impressed by the level of service at their store in Paris. This year, I ordered two more notebooks but could go visit their store. Ordering on line was actually a very smooth process. The two notebooks I ordered arrived on time and were packaged very carefully. Everything is done perfectly.

I had a video appointment with Louise Carmen and it was an excellent experience. The process was seamless, thoughtful, and personal. My journal also shipped incredibly fast — highly recommend.

I loved how easy it was to purchase the notebook my son had been asking for years. My son is a speech pathologist and had been asking for this particular leather notebook since before his graduation from college. Being able to switch into my language which allow me to get a clear description of each item was very helpful. I had multiple colors of leather to choose from and the selection of paper was also impressive.I really liked the fact that I was able to personalized the notebook with my son’s name! This will be a keepsake for sure!

Absolutely gorgeous! From the packaging to the journal! The shipping was really fast! Came in time for Christmas and I it was absolutely perfect.
