Where do I start? The entire virtual appointment experience, from start to finish, exceeded my expectations. The designer I worked with allowed me to take my time and showed me every color combination that I requested. She even took me on a tour of the shop AND walked me outside so I could see the Christmas lights in the gallerie. She was so patient and offered my guidance on my options. My virtual appointment was on a Thursday and FOUR days later, on Monday, my LC was delivered to my doorstep. I was absolutely blown away that I received my order all the way from France (I’m in Tennessee, USA) in less than two business days. 10/10 experience!

Couldn't recommend the team at Louise Carmen enough! I did the online video call which was brilliant I got to see what each journal looked like and got to try all different types of combinations until i found my perfect match. Even the customer service was excellent I sent a few emails with queries that i had and they were so quick to respond!

I just love how personal the journals are being able to pick your charms, engraving, strings, leather, the differnt journals that you can get for inside it along with the most beautiful portfolios that you can choose from and don't forget the dust bags it just makes it really special as it's tallied to you.

It's my first journal so i can't wait to start my journaling journey in 2026! Even tho i know what i purchased I still wrapped it and put it under the tree for christmas as a gift "To me ,From me"

My journal cover was made beautifully, and it came packaged with so much care and intention. Processing and shipping was done efficiently - I did not have to wait long until I received my purchase! Overall very happy with my new cover and am looking forward to using it for years to come.

The experience was wonderful. I received the phone call very quickly and could see all of the charms/customization for my journal.

The one-on-one video appointment is a great experience for those who cannot travel to the shop in person. You still get that personal support and can make better informed decisions by seeing all the options through a lens one by one or altogether. It is such a special experience. You truly feel as if you’re creating the notebook of your life.

Lovely selection of colors and charms, online appointments are also lovely. Staff is very helpful in deciding and personalizing!

The delivery was honestly so fast! I was expecting to have my journal delivered after the holidays, but it came literally the week after ordering. What a wonderful surprise. I couldn’t be happier with my Louise Carmen journal. The entire process was perfect from start to finish. The video call was amazing — thoughtful, unrushed, and made the experience feel truly personal. The journal itself is special in a way that’s hard to put into words: beautifully made, deeply personal, and clearly created with so much care. This is more than a product; it’s something I’ll treasure for a very long time.

My shopping experience was excellent. I was surprised on how quickly the journal came from Paris and how well it was packed. I got it transferred to the ups store because I was not going to be home to sign it. The only problem I had was, I couldn’t find the translate to English button on the website until the very end. Totally my mistake. Other than that I loved the experience and will recommend in the future.

I really enjoyed customising my Louise Carmen. And it came out so much better than I thought. However one of the charms that was supposed to be one the front of the journal was on the side and I had to move it myself, which was a bit difficult
