*DO NOT BUY* This company is a scam. You don’t receive the item you’ve ordered but a cheap imitation. When you complain to customer services, they try and fob you off by saying they’ll refund you 10%. When you persist, as you’ve received cheap shoddy goods and therefore deserve a full refund they eventually tell you you have to return it to an address in China at your own cost. It’s doubtful you would ever see any money back. I’ve had to take this up with my bank and will be reporting the company to trading standards.

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Missing Items, No Refund

I ordered several items from this website, and it has been a terrible experience from start to finish. The clothes that did arrive were of very low quality — nothing like the photos shown on their website. The materials feel cheap, the sizing is completely off.

Even worse, part of my order never arrived. I contacted their customer service multiple times and they initially replied, but then stopped responding completely. I have been waiting for a refund for weeks and still haven’t received anything.

This feels like a scam — poor quality products, missing items, and no accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this website unless you want to risk losing your money.

Ordered three dresses online. They were delivered almost three weeks later and were AWFUL quality. I’m talking the cheapest, flimsiest fabric you’ve ever seen and horrific stitching. The fit was nothing like the online photos and the dresses looked awful on.
I returned them, tags attached and in their original packaging, paying for the return postage too.
It has been four months and I STILL do not have my refund. They were very quick to reply to my emails up until I sent a picture of the return receipt and the confirmation it had been delivered and after sending four separate emails asking for an update I have not received a single reply.
Ladies, the price is too good to be true. Stick with ASOS or any other reputable online brand. This is not it!!

Please do not purchase anything from this website! Not even a single dollar or dime. It is a total scam! Firstly, they claim to be based in USA but they are really located in a whoop whoop location in China. I had to return for an item I paid $75AU dollars that the quality is so horrendous, I would feel sorry for a homeless person if they wore that. As a result, I had to pay $28AU dollars to send it back and the tracking details confirmed it all; as of current it is still sitting in a place in a China called 'HANGCHOU' apparently still waiting for customs clearance. Mate, it's been sitting there for 2 months... So moral of the story is that everything you see is absolutely garage and I have sympathies for all that going through the same thing. No one deserves this. .

the clothes I had ordered it didn’t look like the same quality at all and it is very cheap materials clothes from China no brand and I’m worrying they won’t refund me back the items . They didn’t send me the clothes I ordered they wanted me to exchange another design but I am just wanting a refund and I hope I can get my money back . Don’t buy in the clothes on the website like this stay be careful

Awful, just awful. I prepaid for a dress and a blouse, correctly filled adress information for delivery. I never received the item, nor did I get any calls or notifications for delivery. The most outrageous thing was that I had to communicate with Louvelle for over a month and they never knew where my parcel is, when they finally gave me a tracking number it turned out the parcel was already sent back to them. First they told me they can reship the item with another, trustworthy courier at no additional cost. When I agreed, they sent me an email that in fact I have to pay 10 euros to reship the item or give me a discount code to use again. I wanted a refund because the event I needed the items for had already passed. They are breaking the law by refusing their customers refunds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!!! Nor will you ever get your money back, you will just waste your time in communicating with them and will end up angry.

Just don’t! Shipped the item back which cost me £20 on top for shipping back to a Chinese warehouse. It’s been 5 weeks and i still have no money in sight. Wish I read these reviews before ordering. What a scam, just don’t bother! Save your money

Ordered a dress. Took money. Dress “apparently” arrived 1 month later. No delivery notification to me. Been back and forth 15 emails to be told no refund and no replacement. Total scam

They will note send you what you ordered but cheap horrible pieces that yre not even similar. And you will wait for a month to get them. And when you want to return them you will have to go through several cyrcling emails to even hope to get the return form. And you pay to return the items.

Ordered 2 dresses. One of them were shitty quality and the other one was a completely different dress than I ordered. They are expecting me to pay for the shipping, even tho they sent me the wrong item. Totally unacceptable.

Honestly would love to leave 0 stars but can't. Ordered a dress, what came can only be described as a fluffy christmas abomination that is totally opposite to the item in ordered (hey they kinda got the colour correct). I demanded a full refund with shipping costs worn by the company as it's not as advertised.... but my God! They wanted to offer my $5 back from a $65 item!!!! The f&*k!!!!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! They are a SCAM. Avoid at all costs! I ordered a dress from them, it took over a month to be dispatched and then after 0 delivery attempts, they emailed me saying they tried to deliver on 4 occasions which is not true because I have building security who told me that nobody had come to deliver. They then refused to issue a refund and said that I could have store credit instead. I just wanted my money back by this point but they are refusing to give it back. Scammers!

This company is a MASSIVE SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I placed an order and they confirmed it, 5 days later i got an email saying the dress i ordered is out of stock and they offered me a "similar" dress (there was nothing similar about them) I declined the offer and asked for a full refund, i was then told they cannot offer me a refund and can only offer me store credit even though there was no other dresses I liked and it was there fault for advertising a dress that they don't stock.
After going back and fourth with them they still refused to issue a full refund and gave me a discount code for the amount that the dress was.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered a specific dress and received a completely different item. The company admitted it was their mistake, yet still refused to give me a full refund unless I paid to return the wrong item — at my own expense.

Shipping took an extremely long time, and to make matters worse, the product I received (even though it wasn’t what I ordered) was of terrible quality - cheap fabric, poor stitching, and nothing like the photos.

They kept dragging things out for over a week, pretending to “review” the case, only to finally offer a ridiculous 15% refund or a full refund if I paid for return shipping myself.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly recommend others to avoid them. If something goes wrong with your order, expect to be blamed or ignored.

I ordered two dresses that took over a month to arrive, despite the company assuring me multiple times via email that they would be shipped "in the following days." I followed up three times and was repeatedly told to be patient, even when I requested a refund.

When the dresses finally arrived, one looked nothing like the photos on the website, and the other had a broken zipper. Overall, I'm very disappointed with both the product quality and the poor customer service.

I ordered the dress. Didn’t mind the shopping was long. But it was Mondays when I will receive it. A month later I decided to contact to check about the status. Customer service response was fast.
I did receive a package but guess what? They sent me not what I ordered! Never happens before!
I contacted them asking why this happen and if by any chance my order still in transit. As a response I got two options. Option one was to send it back ! To china! They don’t provide returning label! Which I already know is gonna cost more than the item cost.
The second option was offering to give me a 50% store credit. Okay, so that means, I am gonna pay again ( even though a half of what I already paid) for the same dress, but who can guarantee that I will get the dress this time?
The initial price was $50 , meaning the dress will cost me now $75 and no assurance I get again?

Terrible, it looked like a trustworthy web to buy my dress from, after almost a month, it arrived, in the WORST condition, nothing like the picture, not even the color was similar, do NOT buy from here
