Terrible company. Ordered girls jeans which arrived with no button hole. Company stating they send like this to maintain structure of item and you cut your own buttonhole. Add to that the quality is terrible. Never, ever again!

Absolutely terrible company. They sell counterfeit clothing using images from the real brand’s website, which is super misleading. I really wish I’d checked the reviews for this company first instead of trusting a TikTok influencer — lesson learned!

I’ve emailed them many times asking for a refund, but you don't get anywhere. Like other people have said, they either want you to post it back to their warehouse in China at your expense (practically the cost of the item), or they’ll only give you 15–25% back as a 'goodwill gesture'.

I’ve submitted a chargeback claim with my credit card company and am waiting to see what happens. AVOID LOUVELLI AT ALL COSTS!!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Louvelli has been so frustrating that I feel I need to warn others.

I ordered a hoodie that looked great on their website. What I received was nothing like that. When I opened the parcel, I immediately noticed a hole where the sleeve meets the body of the hoodie. The stitching was incomplete, the fabric was gaping open, and it looked nothing like the product photos. It was genuinely shocking how poorly made it was.

I contacted Louvelli straight away and sent photos of the defect. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they tried to convince me that the hole and missing stitching were due to “lighting” or “batch variations.” Anyone looking at the photos can see that’s simply not true. It was a manufacturing fault.

What followed was a long, exhausting back‑and‑forth. They refused to accept responsibility, refused to provide a prepaid return label, and insisted I pay to ship the faulty item back to China at my own expense. They kept offering tiny partial refunds (15%, then 25%, then 30%) it felt like they were trying to wear me down so I’d just give up.

I made it clear I was willing to return the item but they refused. Their policies seem designed to make returns so difficult that customers simply give up even when the product is defective.

They have now challenged my chargeback with my bank, claiming I provided “no evidence,” even though they included the photos I sent them in their own submission! Their own documents contradict their claims.

This whole experience has been stressful, time‑consuming, and honestly quite upsetting. I ordered a simple hoodie and ended up dealing with a company that denies faults, ignores consumer rights, and now fights customers who try to get their money back for defective goods.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Louvelli to think twice. I wish I had!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! do not order from this website!! It’s a complete scam, everything is completely fake. I ordered 2 scuffers hoodies I waited weeks and weeks for them, they’re the worst quality I’ve ever seen, awful service from the company when contacting them about the late delivery. I’ve asked for a refund twice and received no response. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely terrible. The items are fake and they use pictures from the actual websites. Do NOT trust. I tried cancelling my order but even that they wont do. The quality is rubbish and they wont let you return a package if its been opened. Even if it hasn’t been opened they will still try refuse the refund and return. Don’t fall for this scam.

Awful company. Didn’t let me cancel 20 minutes after my order, wouldn’t give me a full refund.. the best I could get was 15% refund for a counterfeit product that was awful quality. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING OFF THEM.

Sadly I failed to check reviews in my haste on the Trust Pilot website itself. LOUVELLI have used reviews in the same style as trust pilot which are clearly falsified. I agree with every review I’ve read here. Clothes are nothing like as advertised and the quality is awful. Returns policy is non existent and for a full refund they are stating that you need to send the clothing back to China. Appalling. They need to be shutdown.

SO AWFUL. What a scam awful quality looks nothing like they said, asked for a refund they then said they will only give me 15% back! absolute shocking company never buy what a scam.

If I could add 0 stars I would. Save your time and do not order, hoodie nothing like the picture. Cheap, silly small sizing! Read reviews all say the same!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS - items do not arrive and if you ask for a refund before they are shipped - as got fed up waiting after 4 weeks - they refuse then after another few weeks they refuse because it’s apparently been shipped so I should of asked beforehand - bunch of idiots

I ordered a jumper for £25 that did not match the quality or appearance shown on the website. When I contacted customer service, I was repeatedly told the item was “as described” and that any differences were due to lighting or screen settings.

To receive a full refund, I was required to return the item to China at my own expense, which would have cost almost as much as the item itself. Free returns were not offered. Instead, I was offered partial refunds of 15%, then 25%, and then 30% if I kept the item.

I proposed accepting a 40% refund to resolve the matter, but this was not agreed to or processed. The back-and-forth was time-consuming and frustrating, and I am still out of pocket.

I would strongly recommend reading the return policy carefully before ordering, particularly regarding international returns and refund conditions.

Zero stars!!! Do not buy from this company. Dreadful service and poor quality clothing.

If I could give 0 I would disgraceful yes I should have checked but it’s false advertising item isn’t anything like on website, offered me poor refund or had to send to china and pay high costs and custom fee , they don’t mention you have to send back there yes you get 30days but will costs more than top to send back. Now my daughter feels bad and upset as she sent the link, isn’t her fault there are companies like this disgraceful AVOID and I will contact trading standards as well.

Hoodie is shiny and cheap paid £26.95 scum bags to do this to people.

My order took three weeks to arrive (which i understand can happen and that is frustrating but okay), however when it finally did arrive I only recieved one of my items that i had ordered out of the two. I contacted their team to sort it out, sent a photo of exactly what i recieved to help, yet they responded saying that everything i ordered was there when it was infact not aswell as only giving me a refund of £7.50 instead of the £21 i was owed. I am unsatisfied.

The top I ordered finally arrived, but looks NOTHING like the photo. Wrong model, colour, vibe…. Save your money, I wish I had!
