Well. Save your time and money and DO NOT order from this website. The hoodie that I ordered was shown as “oversized” and “comfy” and it cannot be more wrong!

The hoodie I received feels like a plastic bag. And the colour was meant to be a pale yellow, instead it’s soooo bright/ neon yellow. 0/10 awful product. The stitching is already fraying and the delivery took 1 month instead of the 5-10 days as promised. I’m so disappointed. I spent £25 on a hoodie which is such a scam for the product i received. I have requested a full refund but i get a feeling i will not be receiving this refund unfortunately. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and annoyed i am. If you ordered from here expect a temu, fake, Chinese, cheap style product.

Do not order anything from this company! It takes weeks to arrive and then its not how the original image is shown! The quality is poor with stitching really bad, they print random images not shown onto the items! When you ask for help they respond with “we don’t return any unopened items” buyer beware!

ordered a grey embroidery seashell hoodie, got sent a cheap AWFUL quality cream hoodie that feels like it’s from temu or shein. i emailed them they sent me a “helpful” email telling me i can post it back… which turned out to cost £17, so I emailed saying it’s unfair, they sent the EXACT same email. i replied, same email again.

the actual shape of the hoodie is great and honestly pretty comfortable but I AM GLOWING IN THE DARK!!!! looks so cheap- after almost 3 weeks i am disappointed and no refund so just don’t buy it!

SCAM!!!! do not order from here it is a joke. they don't except refunds either if you've opened your package... the hoodie i bought i actually laughed out loud at how bad it was. complete scam. stay away

I am howling!!!! with laughter!!!! at how hideous these hoodies are and how badly scammed I’ve been.
So, 1. The hoodies took forever to arrive, to the point I totally forgot I had ordered them. 2. I tried contacting the brand to ask for an update and have received no response. 3. They eventually arrived, and the material is so bad. It’s cheap, shiny and has been sublimated printed. I didn’t even order a printed hoodie. 4. I ordered grey hoodies and have received two navy hoodies. 5. The fit is ssssso bad and TINY!! I usually wear a small but I like the oversized fit so ordered a LARGE but it’s more like an x-small. 6. It came in cheap packaging and packaged in supplier packaging.
Plus side, thankfully I have received my money back and it’s given me a good laugh!!

After waiting a month I finally got my hoodie ive been waiting for I would have through it would been a bad make but the hoodie it’s self is super comfortable!
But the print looks quite cheap and it’s more like stuck On then put on like the photo was! But over all the quality of it is really nice

This is the worst online shopping experience i’ve had! Firstly, they state they will ship within 24 hours - i waited weeks
Secondly, their ‘refund policy’
THEIR MISTAKE - (sending the wrong item to me) YET THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY and will not provide a refund ???
Shocking - they are a scam company so don’t purchase !!!

Order still not arrived - placed two weeks ago now and I even paid extra for shipping protection. I fell into a tik tok trap where they were using someone else's video to promote their hoodies - COMPLETE SCAM!!
Emailed them twice asking for a refund as my order STILL hasn't arrived (despite them promoting 7-10 business day delivery time), and had no response.

Scam - ordered hoodie from TikTok and looks nothing like the advert and was shipped from China instead of UK as advertised

Still waiting for the 2 hoodies that were purchased in January 2025 off Tik Tok. The only postage option was 'next day delivery' which cost nearly £10 and was clearly a joke. I have since read the reviews here and I am furious that my little girl was scammed out of £50.

SCAM SITE - ordered a hoodie. Arrived and looked completely different to the one in the picture. Asked to return it and they said it couldn’t because the package had been opened. When I insisted, they sent me an address in China without a postcode which I can’t find on the web (possibly fake?). It would cost more to send it back. Waste of money. DON’T BUY from them.

Geef eerlijk toe dat mijn bestelling bij louvelli een impulsieve keuze was, zag een leuke trui op TikTok en vond dat ik m moest hebben. 40 euro en 9 weken later nogsteeds niks ontvangen, 5 mails gestuurd waarop ik allemaal hetzelfde antwoord kreeg; vervelend dat je het zo ervaart we zijn bezig met het opzoeken van de status van je order en laten het je zsm weten. Uiteraard niks gehoord en was net de tracking link aan het onderzoeken…. Staat dr “aliexpress China naar Nederland” dus ze bestellen op aliexpress en verkopen het voor tiendubbel de prijs. Scam dus!!!

I ordered a tracksuit from Louvelli in December last year, and it finally arrived in February. What a huge disappointment. The product I received was NOTHING like what was shown in the video advertisement. The design, fit, and overall quality were completely off. The fabric feels cheap and flimsy, and the stitching looked poorly done. I was honestly shocked at how bad it was.

I didn’t even wear it – I just opened the packaging and immediately knew it was too big, even though I ordered my usual size. I reached out to customer service, hoping for a return, but was told that because I "opened" the package, I couldn’t return it. I was left with no choice but to keep a £50 tracksuit that I’ll never wear. It’s not just the wrong size; the quality is so bad that I wouldn’t even wear it when (or if) I ever grow into it.

This has been a complete waste of money, and I’m very disappointed in both the product and the customer service. I won’t be ordering from Louvelli again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

Scam site. Daughter bought a hoody. It turned up not as described and damaged (and 3 weeks later than promised from China instead of UK as originally stated). Asked for a return address with view for refund. They said as package had been opened so its no longer returnable due to their terms! (This is after they asked for images of damage). Well we haven't developed xray vision yet so not sure how they think can get away with operating this deceptively. Reported.
