I have the same problem as many


I have the same problem as many reviewers. I have not received the package. I cannot speak to anyone within customer service. I have emailed and also sent a message via their website and still no response. How people can say their customer service is good is a joke. I am now going to get onto my bank to see if I can reverse the payment. I have ordered before and all OK but I think it is the same with many companies it is when you have a problem is when you realise not to purchase again
