I bought a swimwear 3XL but was tight on me, I wanted to exchange but the girl on call and chat priyanka behaved so rudely with me , i thought to complaint everywhere but i settled myself and asked her for exchanged, she took the payment. I got the product exchanged , now 5XL is best on me and quality is good. That girl is very bad. Overall brand quality is best in terms of product

I made a purchase of man hip enhancer. I was doubtful. So I opted for 200 pay first and remaining at cod. I checked product at delivery time and then paid. Product as in image. Loved the quality. The only disappointment was their staff rude behavior. I was enquiring product and they said rudely if you want to buy then buy otherwise go to hell. I found it rude. Or maybe their quality is very good and they do not use sweet words to sell

Ordered a round pad shorts and had one size smaller than my actually size. I requested for exchange and war very worries after reading on trust pilot but I asked for exchange and they asked 384 rupees payment and I paid and got it exchanged. Thanks anamika maam

Amazing underwired bra - I had ordered 36L from them and the quality is amazing. But the main part is size 36L ... Hardly or impossible to get in market. It was not easy to belive that this website is offering - I ordered by making payment as I needed 36L and I received it. Great brand.

Worst customer service, staff doesnt know how to deal with customers.. she asked me to go to meesho instead of their store. How can she judge someone over the phone, what you earn in a month, i earn that in a day

Best padded shaper. The quality is amazing. Although the chat agent was very rude and asked me not to buy. I did not liked their behaviour of talking to customer but the quality is very very good. I will recommend this websitem. I had to pay 200 advance for COD but I received. Packaging was also good but again they behaved badly

I recently bought your product & it was my first time, the quality is really good , breathable & light weight.
Delivery was fast and well packaged.
But one thing I don't like is when I was talking to your costumer support,she was really rude , as your product are not cheap, so anyone interested in buying will like to know about it before buying. I just asked her about the exchange policy & she started being rude, saying we will not sell to u, cheap people like u should go to meesho and buy .
After sometime I got call from the company and she was kind of better.
Please train your staff how to respond.
So overall the product is good but the experience was very bad .

Worst service ever totally waste🤬🤬service they have.
For last 3 days I've been send mails to them , tried connecting through calls, text all possible means.
No updates regarding my order and now after calling 100s of times some sales girl told me that my order is cancelled by them and I was not even informed about that. And she even had the guts to yell at me that I don't have patience. what the hell is this!!! Like one week ago while I was just going through their website and just put a product in cart , immediately got a call by them for convincing me to buy it , even with guarantee delivery for a specific date, and now after delay of delivery and even delaying after that as well they are telling me that I don't have patience and I should learn that .

Worst people to talk to , they don't know how to talk with customers.

They try to intimidate customers who place the return order, and even charge for the order to be returned. Then they hire soem NOOB lawyer who sent out whatsapp text as legal notice lol.

The owner acts like a spoilt brat, and is also threatening customers with fake legal notice for bad reviews

Faruds. Don't buy. They will send wrong size and when u exchange they will cancel the product and won't return. And if u will question them they will give u fake legal notice as if we are kids and the ceo is some gupta written only for premium user as if amabni gonna buy these cheap clothes.

Amazing experience buy from them. The website is really trustable. But they have delivery takes longer. I am from Assam and it took my 6 days to get my parcel as I do not know whether it was courier company fault as I received message that delay from courier company.
Secondly my experience with quality was stunning. The hip enhancer was high quality stuff. And chat girl helped me a lot select the right
