I had purchased a silicone hip enhancer. The product was 20K on website. I loved the new product conecpt was did not had wish to pay online. Even though i enquired online. They sent me some many videos even appreciate they showed me product on video call but still i asked them nearest branch. So i visited and purchase. One thing i did not like is Offline store prices are higher than online and they claim that due to trial room and girls staff - we charge extra.

I asked them question and they said we are helping you and you are again and again asking same thing. I had size question but they really slapped me hard online saying amazon/meesho do not provide such chat support and we are providing and you are misusing it. I understood their point and ordered. After 3 months, I finally ordered. I was nervous. They answered all my question related to a product but their tone is very bad. They even said they blacklisted me. But I ordered and got the parcel after 3 days. It was a great product. The fabric was soft and size They suggested fit me. Overall mixed experience but product worth it.

If I have an option to give one star I would have given that. Do I have not made any purchase but I just conducted their customer care and they were so rude that when I asked a question of exchange and return the behaved badly with me. And abused me. Their customer care should seriously be blocked. I will soon be sharing all the chats
