Defect item on sale.
We found out that there are multiple defect apparels in the store during the sale season. We happened to picked up 3 items and 1 item was having defect. Despite that, we didn’t check thoroughly for the other two pieces which happened to have a hole on one of it.
We tried to initiate a return and refund but was rejected. This is against the Lemon law and I will be reporting them to CASE.
Online ordering sucks
I ordered some clothes from their "70% off!!" sale recently, and received a defective item.
Emailed customer support to get an exchange or refund and they said they could provide "in-store credit" as a "special exception"...
I bought the item on sale, so its not like I can re-purchase it with the credit. It's essentially forcing me to go spend more money with them as a special favor for receiving a defective item. I let customer success know I wasn't happy with this resolution.
Now I haven't heard back in 3 days... Just overall not a good experience.
Feels like they just go on sale to get rid of defective items via the "no refund/no return policy" for on sale items.
This isn't the first time I've received a defective item, and I'm getting sick of it. I gave them the benefit of doubt, but in store and online their items are falling apart, and they won't even provide a refund or exchange it.
I wouldn't trust purchasing from them unless you can see the item in hand, and quality check yourself, because they clearly don't.
Won't be purchasing from them ever again.

Received a defective item from the store. The item is worn, stained yet there is price tag on it. No quality check from their warehouse. Totally unacceptable. Yet have to write in to complain. This is the 2nd received defective product from the store. Will never purchase again from them. Expensive and no quality control.
Customer treated differently
Today I was trying on a regular pair of pants at the LB ION outlet earlier and realized they were too long for me. The assistant who was serving me suggested that I try the petite size, so I went out to get the petite piece. I took a queue number and returned to the fitting room very soon. There was not queue and I was served to go into the fitting.
I wanted to compare both sizes, so I asked an assistant for help. One assistant was already serving another customer who had requested a different size. At the same time, another assistant came to assist with my request, but I was told that there was a queue outside and that I needed to take another queue number to try the item.
I went back to the fitting room to change. While returning the pants, I asked the assistant why the other customer was allowed to try a second piece while I was not. She could not explain it to me.
It felt like customers were being treated differently. Sigh!
Promo code issues
I always have to find the promo codes myself on their website, and its like an extra step when shopping. i always have to remember to do so if not i have to end up paying full price for my items. Wish the codes could just auto-apply for consumers!
never received my order or answer to my emails
I ordered and paid a pair of earrings but never received it. It looks like this shop has closed down but website is still taking orders and payments. Tried to reach out to cancel the order and get my payment back but no answer. There is only a chat bot on the website and it's useless.

Disappointed with the reward…
Disappointed with the reward experience.
I’ve placed multiple orders with this store and noticed two problems:
Order LBMY000366459 – I saw a thumbler gift offered under My Rewards, but it was missing when I received the parcel.
Order LBMY000368047 – I placed this order during my birthday month, on 20/6/2025.
However, the 15% birthday discount reward only appeared on 27/6/2025, which was the day I received the order.
The reward showed an issue date of 27/6/2025 and an expiry of 1/7/2025, but my birthday period was already over (1/6/2025–20/6/2025).
This makes the reward meaningless — it came too late for me to enjoy it on time.
I didn’t receive any emails. I saw the rewards directly inside my account, which means they were meant to be valid.
I’m not trying to chase after small gifts. I’ve spent a good amount here. But if the company isn’t willing to honor their own rewards, they really shouldn’t advertise them in the first place.
It feels like customers have to keep checking out again and again just to test if the discount works. That’s not how you build trust.
👉 I’m posting this to help other buyers be more aware. Always double check if discounts are applied — don’t assume rewards will work automatically.
Worst service SOP
Automatically cancelled my order due to “unsuccessful payment” when I have confirmation from my bank that payment was made. No refund, no credit, and no remedy.
Their CS’ response? I need to go to my own bank to get my own refund, despite all records from my bank confirming payment made.
This is plainly deceptively taking money without providing the promised goods.

The lining of TWO of them broke after the FIRST wash. I have not even wear them once.
This is the most ridiculous and speechless purchasing experience.

Great products, great service! Love how Love Bonito pants always fits me. Having small waist but big hip usually hard to find pants that fits perfectly. But LB denim and smart casual pants just fits perfectly.
While trying and when the size doesn’t fit, the staff actually helped to change to a diff size and just ask me to wait in the fitting room instead. Staff were very knowledgeable on all the products as well. As I was asking regarding the earring if it’s suitable for sensitive skin like mine.
I love shopping at Love Bonito, love the vibe and the ambience.
Mostly good experience
It’s been mostly great. Sometimes sizing can be a hit or miss especially when it’s overseas & returns and refunds can be a bother. So far I’ve only needed to return a dress that was a little bit big even though I used the size guide. A top I recently bought was a little big around the armhole but it’s still able to be pulled off with a jacket or thin camisole inside. I like how fast postage is for overseas orders. I also like the designs esp the built in bras and fit as it’s made for Asian bodies.
Website is easy to navigate.

WAHYU is truly helpful, hardworking, she keeps track of her customers purchases and helps me thru with the many choices I had to decide / choose despite she being busy and short handed.

Good and bad
The good: The stores in Hong Kong offer a very pleasant experience for shoppers - they're all comfortable and in-person service is great. LB's clothes are all higher quality (thicker, softer, less see-through, less flimsy) compared to similar brands such as Zara, H&M, and Mango.
The best: Most importantly - LB's clothes have POCKETS!! How can a woman live in 2025 without pockets? Keep this up LB and you'll have yourself a loyal customer for life.
The bad: Online shopping shipping is too slow. In this day and age I should be receiving my order in a week from SG to HK, but generally I receive my order in 2-3 weeks. Online customer service is sub-par; either takes too long to answer my enquiries or are not competent enough to solve issues.

Was at Waterway Point happy customer
Was at Waterway Point outlet. Carlene and Alanna was the sales person who served me. They were friendly and helpful. .. like the designed and colours of the clothing and style too.. pricing is good too.. ♥️
Good in general but room for improvement
In general, my experience with Love Bonito is nice in terms of clothing choice, customer service and value for the prices. However, I think the policy of not being able to return and refunded in cash should be changed because sometimes the sizes we want may no longer be available, and personally I find that there is inconsistency in the sizes so it can be hard to ascertain what size to get specifically. Also, quality control could be improved as I have come across several instances of defects in several new units of the same item and the size between display pieces and new pieces can also differ which then brings us back to the annoyance of not being able to simply return and receive a refund. Personally, I am not keen on being forced to pick other items simply because I might have changed my mind on my purchase due to fit etc.
