Ordered a wooden wall map after seeing them advertised, made payment and received communication thanking me for my order and when it would be due to be shipped! That timescale passed so I emailed the company… no response, I then saw that their website was removed and they were no longer trading on Etsy.
I have called my bank and reported this company as a scam!
Avoid at all costs

Stay back from this company ....Several emails sent and still no reply, left me no choice but to file a PayPal dispute as its been over a month from my order was placed and no correspondence at all from the seller...... Never even had the decency to return an email or send the money back to allow us to purchase of another seller.

I have ordered the world cork map £289 on 19 August. It was for a bday gift 6 Sept. not received- sent 3 emails. One of the automated responses was that the order number did not exist…. I’m very worried now as 2 further emails- no reply.

There’s no contact phone number which is worrying.

Ordered product on 10th August, still waiting on on the 29th August. No answer to emails, messages. Absolutely rubbish. At least dick turpin wore a mask. Useless

Updated- i have changed this review to 1 star as the bottle opener has so far broken the glass on 2 out of 3 bottles whilst "opening" them. Still no response from the company to my emails and this seems to be a common complaint. I only wish I had read the reviews on here and not the selective reviews that they have chosen to post on thier website and etsy page

Nice item, however, it arrived without the pre drilled holes for hanging, the gift wrap, ribbon and bow consisted of some corregated paper and twine, so not worth the extra £2.50. No response from the seller with regards to the item not being as described. Wouldn't purchase from here again.

Ordered a Mother’s Day plaque for my partner from the kids and I am still yet to receive anything.
I have sent around 10 emails to the company both on their website and normal email but have got nothing in response, other than them saying once “we are having trouble with our email at the moment”
I am no further forward to getting a response,refund or even a reply from them. They also seem to be removing negative reviews from their website.

I ordered from love by laser prior to check trustpilot for reviews. Whilst I was waiting I checked trustpilot and saw the overwhelming amount of bad reviews. So I was not expecting it to even show up to be honest. Anyway, roughly 5 days later it did arrive and I'm very happy with the wood carving I got for my partner and she is happy with it to. So I would say personally don't take to much notice to all the bad reviews and try for yourself. You may be pleasantly surprised. The price is great and so is the product. Highly recommended

The guestbook is absolutely gorgeous. Made exactly how we wanted it. Good quality wood & materials. Also had a lovely little surprise included which was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Evri was extremely slow with updating the tracking, so was a little unsure as to when exactly it was arriving. It arrived today even though Evri’s tracking system still stated we’re expecting your item. I placed my order on the 21/01/24, so 10 days.

Update 22/12/23: - still no email response but have received a replacement.
Original review:- Awful after service, no response when they sold me a dangerous product, such a shame the product could have been fabulous due to the personalisation however the bottle opener broke the glass on every bottle it opened. They responded to one email after over a month & then nothing since!

Nothing to hang my clock with and company were not bothered. Terrible communication,wouldn't go near them again

I ordered a lovely item for my partner as he was going through a rough time.
I've sent so many messages through the website and not one response from them, as I've not received my item or any correspondence from them, I've messaged through Facebook and automated message comes back saying they don't read the Facebook messages.
I put a bad review on the Facebook page and they obviously do look at it as they have blocked me.
I have contacted my bank and put in a complaint.
Please do not order from this company, they look like complete scammers who take your money and then go into the twilight zone, no goods to be seen and no communication whatsoever.

I saw the heart guest book at a wedding, loved it so ordered one. Everything seemed fine but I lost all my emails when virginmedia went down. So had no idea if they had dispatched the goods. I Saw other reviews so I was concerned. I contacted the company and they did reply 48hrs later and said the goods had been dispatched. The heart guest book arrived exactly as described and I’m very happy with it.

EDIT: after 2 days of this review I have received the item order together with a voucher to be used in the future. The quality of the item is very good. I would maybe buy again but allowing more time for the delivery. I will modify my rate to 3 stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a gift for dad’s day, payed for the express delivery. They contacted me saying that I didn’t put the name in the request, I did, but fine I sent again the name to engrave. After that, they disappeared: no communication about readiness, shipment or whatsoever. Sent emails, contacted through Facebook page and their website, nothing. Now I have escalated to PayPal because at the moment I have not received my item nor a refund.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service when existent!

Ordered a Father’s Day gift 3rd June and paid for a faster delivery to ensure it would be here …… now on 15th (3 days to go) and emails been ignored after firstly been told there was a delay and then secondly that it had been made and awaiting postage. Requested a refund if not going to be here and still waiting for a reply! Wouldn’t be rating any stars if was an option!

Awful service, avoid and order from another company!

It is a real shame as I really love ordering from this type of company, something a little bit different, however they need to be able to deliver things on time.

I ordered a Mothers day gift on the 13th March and paid additionally for 2/3 days (Guaranteed delivery). Having not received any order update I contacted on the Friday and was told that they were understaffed and it would be sent out.

Eventually the gift was sent on Saturday Morning, dispatched after midnight, finally turning up some 5 days later.

Although I cannot send the blame for any parcel delay once Royal mail have received it, my parcel service was 2/3 days guaranteed for delivery in time and this was not the case.

Very poor, would not order from this company again and will be reaching out to the credit card company for a refund as they did not really want to know when I enquired,

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift over two weeks in advance. I have still not received my order. I emailed and received a delayed response stating they are understaffed, my order was lost and that a replacement would be made and sent out next day to make it in time for Mother’s Day. This did not happen so I requested a refund and have not received a response back. Do not buy from this company. Very poor customer service and I suspect not entirely truthful in their responses.

Avoid, avoid, avoid - no customer service, they contact you via email at irregular intervals. mothers day gift order a week in advance, not yet received (2 days after) and just got an email saying it was lost in shipment. Lets see if i get refunded as i have asked for it. if not this review goes to all social media

I'm confused as this company have 100's if not 1000's of positive customer reviews on their own website, on Etsy and on Judge Me but on Trustpilot they are all very negative.
I join the Trustpilot list! Abysmal customer service and delivered half an order in time for Mother's Day (despite assurances 3 days before that order would be with me in time) with a note included that the rest would follow asap. Make's a Mum feel worthwhile getting a gift days after Mother's Day and results in a tearful daughter who hasn't got her gift for her Mum as promised!
They claim to manufacture and deliver in 5-7 days so I ordered 2 weeks before Mother's Day to play on the safe side and allow for increased orders but they couldn't even manage that. Emailed them for delivery update after a week in case I had to purchase from elsewhere and they took 4 days to respond which I felt was a blatant attempt to prevent me from taking my business elsewhere. Claimed they were short staffed and had issues sourcing the raw materials which as both halves of my order were made from the same raw material seems unlikely.
To compound matters included some discount vouchers, with my half delivered order, so I could purchase from them again and then emailed me today to ensure I was fully satisfied with my order...... you think so?
If you are after a gift in wood I'd recommend TorsPersonalisedGift on Etsy for a far better level of customer service....!

As with others, ordered mothers day gift from my kids to my wife 5 days ago, not even received the despatch notice and it's now the day before mothers day. When I replied to the one comment I could see on Facebook saying they were a scam and didn't deliver or respond with my own experience, they responded by hiding my comment and blocked me!

Their website says 'Get in touch today. We would love to hear from you! If you have a question or concern, don't hesitate to contact us... we are here to help you in any way possible.'. But they clearly don't like receiving feedback at all, or hearing complaints about their non-delivery once they've got your money. Note all the angry face reactions on Facebook posts though (presumably they can't hide these) and the fact that Facebook says there are comments on every post they make but you cannot see them... They presumably wouldn't take the time to hide positive feedback!

My bank has refunded me and I've reported them as a scam to Facebook (please note that when they block you you will struggle to report them, but I have a 2nd Facebook account so used that). My bank have now refunded me too.

These guys need to be sorted out and shut down, so I will also be flagging this to trading standards in the hope that they don't ruin more people's special occasions.

Do not buy from this company been waiting two weeks for my order now and nothing been writing comments On there Facebook which has resulted in them blocking me
Also sent multiple emails and still not heard anything
