If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a clock on the 10th January and I still haven't received the item! I have contacted the seller a few times to resolve this issue and was told I would receive a refund as well as the company sending another clock (apparently the courier lost the first package). I haven't received anything and I have given this company more than enough time to resolve the issue. Avoid this awful company at all costs!!

Disappointed - still waiting for my order
“Order now for guaranteed delivery by Sunday 19th June” their website said. So I ordered a Father’s Day gift and paid more for guaranteed delivery by today. This was on 11 June.
No further news by Wednesday (15th) so I emailed to ask if it was going to arrive ok before Sunday. No response. Emailed again the next day. No response. Emailed yesterday (18th June) advising that the gift hasn’t arrived so asked for the order to be cancelled and requested a full refund along with expressing my disappointment.
Received an automated email last night saying my order has been shipped. It’s too late now as it won’t turn up until tomorrow!
Still no word from anyone at the company to apologise for the delay or confirm refund etc.
False advertising imo if you guarantee delivery by a certain date and charge extra for this service and then fail to meet the deadline. Poor customer experience.
Buy from this company at your own risk and remember to allow enough time for it to arrive when you need it to as what they say on their website can’t be trusted.
