I have attended a few of Victoria’s day retreats in the U.K. and have enjoyed every single one of them. Each retreat was well organised with beautiful surroundings and the meals were all delicious. These retreat gave me and everyone a safe space for the day to unwind, focus on our mental well being while practising yoga. She uses various techniques - from sound baths to drawings which have been an eye opening concept. I always come out of the day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her retreats and hope to join ones abroad one day.

Описать эмоции и ощущения после ретрита, прошедшего в 2021 году, довольно трудно.
Еще до ретрита я делала медитации с Викторией по ее инстаграм страничке, слушала вебинары и брала личные консультации. То что я поеду на ретрит, это даже не было сомнений. Уровень подготовки был высочайший. Я была как в лагере для взрослых, где ни нужно думать о деньгах, о том чем ты займешься и что будешь кушать. Вика позаботилась обо всем, мне нужно было только туда приехать.
Не зря ретрит назвался «Пробуждение», прежними мы уже не вернулись. Ежедневная работа над своим телом, состоянием, уровнем сознания невероятный.
Я часто вспоминаю эту поездку и те ощущения. Их можно почувствовать только пойдя ретрит с таким наставником как Виктория. Она очень мягко и чутко ведет тебя за руку, словно мама водила тебя в детский садик.
Очень скучаю за всем этим. За людьми с которыми сроднились, за природой, за эмоциями и за тем состоянием, которое ощущалось после. Я мама в декрете на данный момент, и когда нибудь я обязательно поеду в следующих ретрит и приведу свои мысли и эмоции в ресурсное состояние. А пока мне помогают медитации и уроки, которые Виктория давала нам. Стараюсь использовать их ежедневно, оно дает зарядку энергии.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Absolutely fantastic yoga retreat, everything planned to perfection, from activities, locations, moon cycle, food and atmosphere. I am very difficult to please but with all my honesty I couldn’t fault anything. I do travel several times a year but I never experienced anything like that before, I could say that was best 10 days I have spent on any holiday. I came back home relaxed and fully energised. I would definitely be back to Victoria and Margarita retreat again and recommend it to absolutely anyone with any level of yoga or anybody who wants to love their life. Thank you so much Victoria and Margarita, you have absolutely exceeded my expectations!

Super fijne yoga, massages, liefdevolle aandacht! Voldoende tijd voor jezelf, hele fijn groep dynamiek. Het eten was beneden verwachting!

Victoria does Retreats with great absolute love and this is felt by every person on the Retreat.
I have been through all of Victoria's practices - yoga, meditation, sacred geometry, online and live retreats.

Today I want to share the experience of the live retreat. I know that Victoria chooses very carefully where we stay and the people who will take care of our meals and outside activities, such as hiking in the mountains or horseback riding. All the people who surrounded us were wonderful!

We had a very good schedule, we wake up and start the day with meditation. The whole day was filled with practices and there was plenty of time to relax, which is also very important. We had delicious fresh vegetarian food. We learned to live each moment of the day consciously. With Victoria, even a horseback ride had a lot of meaning and a lot of awareness. We hiked, set intentions, and then shared our experience.
The atmosphere was just wow! Everyone was friendly, open, sincere. We helped each other to make the experience even better.

There were also newcomers at the retreat who had never done spiritual practices, but it was not difficult for them. Everything was thought out in detail for every level.
Everyone had many thoughts and feelings that we shared at the conclusion of our retreat. It was very warm and heartfelt, we still keep in touch.
I am very much looking forward to coming to the next Retreat. It is also important to me that the Retreat takes place during a new or full moon as these are very powerful energy periods.

I personally love this retreat. Value for money. Very well planned and facilitated retreat by Victoria and Margarita. Highly recommended for everyone who love yoga, meditation, and delicious vegetarian/vegan food. Beautiful room, unforgettable surprised Russian Banya and Bali water temple activities. I’ll come back for another retreat next year.

До встречи с Викторией, я ничего не знала про йогу, для меня казалось, что кто увлекается йогой волшебные и даже странные люди. Попала на Ретрит в Адыгее по приглашению подруги, и это был мощный трансформационный толчок моего личного развития, моей жизни. Главное, что это было благодаря правильному человеку и его методике. Я до сих пор общаюсь с людьми, которые были на Ретрите, это все не случайные люди! Я смогла поработать с чакрами и увидеть Космос в себе. А медитации, голос Вики мне не заменит никто, мне настолько комфортно входить в медитацию. Благодарю Вика за все, ты очень ценна для меня и всегда остаёшься в моем сердце! Скучаю, но это надеюсь не надолго, одну поездку я пропустила, вторую точно не упущу💜

Была на ретрите в 2021 году в Росссии, получила колоссальный заряд энергии и разгрузила голову, разобралась в своих эмоциях, отпустила то, что изжило себя. Виктория грамотно подбирает практики так, что вроде бы и загружен день, но это делается без надрыва и усилия, максимально комфортно. К концу ретрита все были, как родные. Обязательно хочу повторить опыт ретрита в другой стране💜

Ездила с Викой на ретрит в Адыгею, это было прекрасно. Очень любяще, бережно, тепло и душевно. Практики потрясающие, йога, медитации. С удовольствием поеду еще!

I came across Victoria’s teaching maybe 5 years ago and haven’t stopped since. I’ve been doing yoga for many years now and the experience I felt at her Tantra yoga day retreats was something I haven’t experienced in all my yoga training. Her approach is so different the stillness you are able to find within yourself during the practice is something I have never been able to find. She creates an environment that’s allows full surrender of yourself and allows you to participate in yoga which is personal to you on that day. The effects are beautiful and stay with you for a long time. I attended the Montenegro retreat last year and that’s where I met margarita. She brings Mandela yoga and yin yoga to the retreat and again the environment she creates is the stillness the peace the flow to the practice. The retreat was incredible magical - surrounded by the sounds and vision of nature felt super grateful to have had the opportunity. The food tasted like food I haven’t tasted before I couldn’t stop eating all locally sourced grown and picked. Looking forward to the next retreat. Thankyou

I journeyed to Bali for my first ever yoga retreat. As soon as I arrived at the hot stone club I was greeted by Victoria and felt instantly at home.
The Hot Stone Club is such a beautiful venue, with fabulous views, lovely pool, yoga shala and banya. And very friendly staff.

The yoga practice and all the other activities this week were perfectly designed to help you drop into a lovely state of mind. The place where we should all live or flow thru life, during and after I felt great. I also meet many good people doing the retreat, who now all feel like friends.
I hope to return to another retreat soon.

After yoga the effects could be smiling, energy, laughter from nowhere, rediscovering my senses: lights were clearer and brighter, smells changed, hearing was more vivid. Truly amazing. Without a doubt. It has changed my life and I have no doubt that my life will continue to change with future sessions.

Very well organised, very well thought through. When we ran into unexpected flight delays, Victoria was super helpful to help us find alternatives and arrange hotel transfers. Additional activities and the local visit was planned and executed seamlessly.
Wonderful experience overall. I would go again, and I highly recommend it.

I went to the retreat in Montenegro last year. It’s well organized and a small group, which is always plus that you get a lot more attention. The accommodation and food were amazing, highly recommended :)

Очень чётко всё организовано, с большой любовью к своему занятию. Продуман до мелочи каждый шаг(практики, питание, свободное время) Все участники чувствовали индивидуальное внимание к себе как личности.На ретрите создается очень дружественная атмосфера, которая потом перерастает в долговременные отношения участников , многие потом ещё долго общаются и собираются на следующие ретриты вместе. Обязательно хочу повторить опыт в организации этой компании.

The retreats are wonderfully organised and run. Everyone is made to feel welcome and you can see the hard work and effort that goes into making the retreats unique and special. I can back deeply rested and wanting more :)

Bali retreat with Love Life Retreats in March 2023. As many people these days, we travel quite frequently, had a lot fun on many occasions. However, this trip, was just exceptional. Everything was just brilliant:
The schedule, the various activities, Yoga and meditation classes.

We even had one-two surprise activities that we not planned which added to over-all excellent experience.

Food was amazing and just right for type of activities.

As for hosts, most friendly, extremely knowledgeable, always supporting us the guests, no matter what.

It was a wonderful day with a warm welcome from Victoria & Margarita. The retreat took place at beautiful Loudwater Farm perfect to celebrate and reflect on Earth Day.

I enjoyed the company of lovely people, yoga and meditation classes, lunch and went for a walk around the farm to appreciate nature's beauty.

Earth day retreat was so relaxing, it’s been some time since I gave myself permission to have a day off and this was just what the doctor ordered. Victoria and Margarita led us on an adventure of movement, meditation and breathing that flowed beautifully throughout the day. Lunch was a selection of delicious salads all prepared fresh with a dill dressing that was out of this world. At the end of the day I felt refreshed, grounded and nourished from the inside out.
