Anne offers a truly unique experience. I came out of the sanctuary feeling very relaxed and calm. I can’t recommend her enough. You need to make an appointment to visit so that you can experience how wonderful this place is. I guarantee you that you will go back. Anne gave me a calmness and peace that I did not know I needed or had in me. Thoroughly recommend.

Meeting Anne is like encountering a truly authentic soul. Her ability to immediately put you at ease is remarkable, as she creates an atmosphere filled with calmness and understanding, free from any judgment. I decided to go to Anne when life felt heavy and I needed some time and a safe space to prioritise myself. It was something I was sceptical about at first but just decided to take the plunge and I'm so pleased I did. Anne is such a kind, warm and knowledgeable person but most importantly she gives me the tools to come away and manage life situations better with her advise and understanding. I've never been a good communicator of my feelings but when I go to see Anne I feel comfortable talking about anything and I look forward to going to my sessions. If your thinking about going defo give it a go you won't be disappointed! 💜✨️💜

I have never experienced anything like the Sanctuary, and I have done a lot of therapy and healing practices. I instantly felt safe, as soon as I walked into the Sanctuary and was met with Anne- who is equally an absolute powerhouse and a real raw human being. I instantly felt her loving, caring energy which spoke to me and allowed me to open up. We tried several practices, such as walking levels, which I found really inspiring and they have already helped me to shift my perspective on my life and my world, after one session. I am so grateful for this space. Nothing will ever beat in-person therapy and energy work, and Anne has created a gorgeous heavenly place to do it.

If there were 10 stars Anne would get 10 out of 10! 🌟 from the moment I met Anne I knew we was going to click and I knew my session was going to go the way I expected. Anne gave me some great techniques , cues and things to think about. The whole session was about me 🫶 which I'm so not used to. The sanctuary is so special , so welcoming and warming, a huge credit to you Anne. Can't wait for our next session 💫

If you're thinking about going to see Anne then stop thinking and do it. Be prepared to prodded and probed mentally and emotionally It may drain you, it might upset you but if you want to be the best version of yourself then go in with an open honest mind and you will get so much from the experience. Anne is completely non judgemental and although she talks (A LOT ;) ) she's also a great listener and let's you speak as much as you feel you need to. It's not all deep and testing she's also got a great sense of humour when the mood needs lightened. If you want a 'normal' therapist then Anne probably isn't for you. She's not scared to speak the truth and be brutally honest which in my opinion is a breath of fresh air. She won't just tell you what you want to hear she will always tell you what she believes you need to hear to improve. Also I never ever once felt rushed, which was another huge positive for me nothing was forced or rigidly planned. A real lovely genuine person. Don't hesitate make your booking.

The Sanctuary really reflects its name, it's the most relaxed, safe and secure space. You can tell that the ambience has been created right from Anne's heart with so many little details that really make it feel so special such as the incense in the beautiful garden on the way in and the lighting inside.

Anne herself, is a truly remarkable woman. She has always made me feel comfortable and genuinely cares for her tribe. Reiki with Anne was an amazing experience, I can't explain how good it made me feel, even for such a long time afterwards.  Yoga sessions are also perfect from start to finish, made even more relaxing by the environment you are in and Anne's calming tone and nature and extra touches make it an experience, not just a yoga session.

I'd highly recommend Anne and The Sanctuary and will always be thankful for finding her and this safe space she has created which has helped me in many ways.

“Transformative and deeply healing experience”
I recently had the “Full one to one holistic self development session & Reiki healing” treatment and was absolutely amazed by how calm, centered, and uplifted I felt afterward. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Anne was kind, intuitive, and clearly experienced, taking the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable.

During the session, I felt a deep sense of relaxation and warmth, almost as if the stress and tension were gently melting away. Afterward, I noticed a significant improvement in both my mental clarity and physical energy. It truly felt like an emotional reset and a reconnection to myself.

Anne is incredible, her guidance and knowledge are amazing and the sanctuary is truly beautiful.
I have been to Anne for 1:1 sessions, reiki and group yoga. All have which have been fantastic, profound experiences.
I recommend Anne to everyone! I cannot thank her enough for her support and encouragement.

Anne is an abundant source of calm in the day to day. With a wealth of knowledge and supportive guidance she helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life.
