Fantastic quality
Amazing! The boots I ordered are incredibly comfortable and are very well made, and they look absolutely stunning! I ordered these shoes on Friday with the 3-5 day delivery expecting them to arrive Monday/Tuesday, and to my surprise they arrived the next day! Fantastic store, will definitely be ordering from there again soon.

No delivery
Boots wherent delivered and didnt receive an email or text saying that they neededbmore information, even tho all information was given, now its saying my 2 orders have been cancelled.

My second order with Raid...
My second order with Raid. I purchased two long boots that I had my eye throughout the winter months. 50% off & I couldn’t buy them quick enough. The boots are both a great quality, I do always size up as I find that they are not quite true to size, but once I size up, they make the perfect fit. I currently own 4 pairs of boots & some heels from Raid & I love them all.!!

Size bad, can’t even wear it!
Not very good quality! I took the boots "RAID Sphere Long Boot in Nude Croc".
And impossible to close the closure of the boots to the top, my calf does not fit! yet I size normally.
I am very disappointed because I can't even wear them!

Shoes are a bit squeaky but put this down to being pu - that’s why 4 stars as not sure if the squeakiness will stop when worn a few times. Happy with purchase though!

really bad customer service
The package with my boots was delivered to my house, where i was unable to receive it because i was in isolation in a different city because i had caught corona. the package was sent to a post office in my city and a note was left at my house that i had to pick it up in one week or it would be sent back. since i never was home i only read this message after a month, when i finally was able to travel back to my house. ive tried contacting loveraid through their website many times using the chat, but i still have no idea where my package is and if i can get a refund.
the first time i contacted loveraid through the chatbox (there is no telephone number for customer service which is already very inconvenient), i was promised that the person i was chatting to would go after it and email me with an update. this was one month ago and i havent received anything. a week ago i tried contacting loveraid through the chat box and again, nothing. i live in the netherlands and it already took a long time for the package to arrive and it is such a shame that i have to wait this long to get a reply.
i understand that it is not loveraids fault that my package was sent back and this is not the reason im giving them a bad review, but i do not appreciate the way im being ignored.

It's sad to see a 2 star review, especially as we did all we could to help you, upon looking at our system all of your emails were responded to (sometimes these may go to your junk folder) however, when the issue lies with a carrier loosing a shipment, we have to allow a little time for them to perform a search and an investigation. This does take a little time, as we explained.
Due to Brexit and the current national lockdown in the UK delays are unfortunately expected, we have been working as quickly as we can to resolve this issue.
You were refunded yesterday once your carrier had completed their investigation.
Our customer service team pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service, despite this we appear to have been unable to make you happy, we apologise for this.
