Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, packaging was unreal given the boots were so cheap! Boots smell like plastic but sure for such a cheap price you can look over that.

A éviter absolument
J'ai commandé des chaussures le 31 décembre 2020. 3 semaines plus tard, je ne les avais toujours pas reçues. J'ai envoyé un mail et on m'a répondu faire des recherches. Après plusieurs mails de rappel, on m'a signalé que les chaussures m'avaient été livrées le 23 janvier, ce qui est tout à fait faux. Depuis lors et malgré beaucoup de mails envoyés, je n'ai toujours rien reçu et ils ne prennent même plus la peine de me répondre.

We understand your frustration regarding your shipment. From the information we were given by Hermes is that your parcel was been returned to us due to a Brexit related issue, we then recieved conflicting information that your order had been delivered.
Due to this we could not refund your order straight away as your courier had to continue their investigation, you were refunded on the 10th February once this has been completed.
We're sorry we did not meet your needs this time.

Bent over backwards for me!
I ordered a pair of gorgeous boots from here and due to Covid they got lost in transport. Bare in mind I got them on offer as well, I emailed and said I haven’t received my order and the shoe price had gone up to full price. Not only did they refund me that day they sent another pair of shoes for the reduced price!! I think that’s just brilliant as some big stores wouldn’t even do they and you would have to wait weeks for a refund!! Best customer service I’ve ever had!! I will definitely be purchasing more shoes from here!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Order never arrived. Took 21 days before they would even consider refunding me even though they said themselves that the order was lost long before this! After not hearing from them for 6 days I went onto their instagram page and commented my problem there to try and get a response as they were not emailing me back, suddenly after I commented, I was sent a full refund! But of course they also deleted my comment off their Instagram post! Just to hide their bad customer service to everyone. They are a joke!

Hi Me, as you have not added any ORD reference we're unable to comment or address your issue as this validates authentic reviews. I am sorry to hear that you're not happy. Our customer service team is separate from social and customers are directed to customer service channels if they have a query.
We do not deliver products ourselves, we contract this out to delivery partners, and yes sometimes things don't work out and items may get lost. When this occurs we have to follow the process of that carrier who is involved and yes, sometime, this does take time. As you would expect, during the recent lockdown, Christmas periods, Brexit and the recent aftermath of storm Christoph, things are not running as smoothly as you would expect.
The team at RAID and all their partners are working tirelessly to ensure good customer satisfaction, we are sorry that you feel we have let you down this time.

Miserable Martin from Live Chat
Martin from Live Chat customer services was rude throughout our communication. I returned faulty boots and filled in the returns form stating the reason and specified the fault. Got a partial refund despite emailing about it as well. Requested that Martin process the remainder of the refund. Basically his response was “computer said no”. He needs some training in customer services. No, the customer is not always right but being rude when they are? Not good enough. It’s a shame really as my partner really likes the boots (I ordered a replacement pair) and I chose to use you instead of buying the same pair from ASOS. Won’t bother in future. Awful service. Won’t be using again

Hi S-Jay, I am sorry that you feel upset about your refund and the initial deduction of delivery. You did indeed return your purchase due to a small fault, however having looked at your returns form, it was returned to us blank. As a result of this, only minor checks would have been made prior to issuing a standard refund (excluding shipping costs). Completing the returns form fully and using the correct return code would have executed additional checks on your return which would have resulted in a full refund including any shipping charges.
All of this information is printed both on the returns form itself and available on our website at https://loveraid.com/pages/returns/ for reference.
During these exceptional times, our customer service teams are extremely busy and handle multiple conversations and threads at the same time, I am sorry that you feel the communication on this occasion was below standard, while we always try to ensure we deliver exceptional products and customer service to everyone.

disappointing experience
disappointing experience, don't order unless your sure they will fit. Ordered from raid but the sizing was off so I had to return, as well as not getting refunded shipping fees, which most clothing companies do, i also had to pay return shipping which was taken from my refund. essentially £5 out of pocket for nothing.

As we are a small and growing brand, we aim to keep our prices competitive and accessible, as a result, we do not refund delivery charges, as it costs us to deliver your order in the first place. We also offer a reduced cost returns service, saving customers on average 50% of the returns cost. All of this is displayed on our website for customers to view before any purchase.
Being a smaller brand and providing free delivery and free returns would only result in higher prices for all customers and not just those who frequently return items, as a result, our returns policy is more fair to all customers.

Horrible service, withholding my money from me
I ordered shoes over a month ago. They apparently got damaged during transit and were sent back. Loveraid did not notify me of this and I had to contact them myself two days after the fact to inquire why my shoes were being sent back. Now they are withholding my money from me, saying the shoes need to reach their warehouse first before they send a refund. The shoes were returned now 21 days ago and apparently still haven't reached their warehouse.
They are withholding almost 100 euros from me because of something that absolutely was not my fault.
I am very, very upset about this. I have been more than patient but I'm being told I need to wait 10 more days potentially.
Edited to add: I've read other reviews now from people with the same problem. Do not dare say this is not your fault and you're getting a bad review because of hermes. It is ABSOLUTELY YOUR FAULT that you are getting this 1 star review because YOU ARE THE ONE WITHHOLDING MY MONEY.

Aww Sanne, we sad to see a one star review when you previously wrote and gave us a 5 star review. I understand that you may be frustrated as to where your shipment is and why it was sent back. From the information we were given by the carrier is that it was damaged in transit and was being returned to us, then we received conflicting information from the carrier regarding it being delivered.
As a result we could not refund you instantly as there was still a chance the item could have been delivered, so we were not withholding your money in any way. We have little control of how a parcel is handled once it has been safely packaged and sent by our caring team, we do place all of our orders in the care of the carrier and yes, sometimes, it doesn't work out. You have been refunded as we originally promised.

We're really sad to see a bad review due to an issue on Hermes' side, Cat.
As per our email conversation, we have passed this onto our courier partner and they are currently investigating the issue, but we are unable to influence how long this investigation takes as a different company. As outlined, we will contact you once an update is made available to us but, until we have this information from Hermes, we don't have anything new to advise you.
Due to recent lockdown in the UK, delays are expected and we are working as quickly as we can to resolve issues.
Edit: Hermes confirmed the loss and refund has been processed (17/11/20), we have to follow the carriers claims process and sometimes this can take a little time. We appreciate your patience.

I was astonished how fast the delivery came from the UK (I'm from Austria). The shoes are such nice quality, for an effortable price. The design is the best and I get so many compliments for my new shoes. Love it!

Awww we're so sad to see a one star review, on looking at your order, you entered your address as being in the United Kingdom and not the United States, so your order had a little trip around the UK before being returned to us, so it never reached the United States.
Obviously we can only deliver orders to where the customers state they want delivery, on this occasion the address you entered was wrong so your delivery failed. Once your order is returned to us by the carrier you will automatically be refunded.
If you order from us again, please ensure you enter the correct and full delivery address.
