Biker boots
Bought a pair of biker boots, grest purchase and price as well. Took some wearing in but go with pretty much any outfit. Thick base as well unlike some boots I've had before where I can feel the ground!
Will definitely look to make another purchase from Love Raid

I reached out via email in regards to my package not having any updated delivery status for a couple of days and I got a response right away addressing my concerns. The rep gave me an estimated delivery time and explained the process for international orders. I am currently still awaiting my package but overall customer service seems to be a priority!

Product and refund not received and no replies.
I ordered in September, and the shipping company lost my package. The last email I received from love raid explaining the situation, they told me they could not issue me a refund until the shipping company starts a claim process. I understand this does is not their fault, That was nearly three weeks ago. However, the lack of communication to get them to contact the shipping company and deal with this is frustrating beyond belief. I reached out again a week ago and I have not received a response. I found their website through social media, and this has been an awful first time experience. I will be reaching out to all on the platform to make them think twice before ordering.

As per our email conversation, we let you know that we would contact you as soon as we have an update on the investigation from our courier partner and, as this is still ongoing, we don't currently have any new information to advise to you.
I appreciate your frustration but please rest assured that we have not forgotten about you and are doing all that we can to get this resolved for you but, until we are updated from Landmark on their investigation, we are unable to do so. As a separate company, we don't have any influence on how long it takes them to provide these updates, so I truly am sorry for the delay.
As mentioned, we will contact you as soon as we have new information to present to you, Lizzie.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed ordered two pairs of boots, waited 3 weeks only to be told Hermes had lost the parcel. Would be very worried to order again incase this happens. I wasn’t offer anything for the inconvenience, not impressed.

We're sad to see a one-star review for an error on Hermes' side. I'm sure you can imagine, online shopping has sky rocketed recently and we're all working super hard to accommodate our customers, as are our couriers!
Sadly, though, mistakes can happen, which is why we refunded your order in full back to your payment method yesterday afternoon. I understand this is frustrating, but we are unable to offer any sort of compensation when the error lies with our couriers.

Sorry to hear this, Migle! As per our email conversation, it seems as though Hermes have declared your order as lost in transit, and so your details were passed over to our refund team to refund in full back to your original payment method.
Apologies if you hadn't yet received confirmation of this being issued - our refund team is operating at a reduced staff in light of COVID-19, so things can take a little longer than usual. Please be patient with us!
Nonetheless, I've been assured that this has been issued, so enjoy the rest of your day.

I have purchased via Zalando other shoes from your brand and i love them,but this boots the finishing touches are not at all how you guys do it,you could see the glue in the joints,the material makes the boots look plastic,Zara has some boots like this non leather and the quality and finsihing touches are way better.So i am a bit dissapointed

The sole of the shoes has fallen off just while trying the shoes on at home! If this happened on the street, this would have even be dangerous! Terrible quality, very dissapointed.
