This is the second time that I have been ripped off by a Chinese fake website, thinking it was based in the UK which it clearly isn’t! Think from now on I will have to use Trustpilot before I purchase anything online again! Customer service is non existent so raised a dispute with PayPal.

Don't buy from this company. I thought I was buying from a UK supplier. The quality of the product 'folding step chair' is awful, it is faulty and I can not use it as a step-up. I have tried to resolve this with LSS but have gotten nowhere. Beware of the 'reviews' on what is a slick-looking website. They are quotes from ‘satisfied customers’! - I tried to leave a review but there is no way to upload one on their site. (I’m usually good at spotting rogue traders online.) I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot first. I paid by credit card and have been in touch with my provider.

I too would give this company a zero if I could. Nothing on the website indicates that the company is based in China. The product took almost two weeks to arrive and came after the date by which I needed it. The company website states that the customer must pay both her shipping costs and those of LoveSweetStyle (without clarifying what the latter may be). On the package, the returns address is in Zuzhou, China; in email correspondence, I've been asked to send it to someone in Guangdong. This doesn't sound to me like a centralised distribution model. I have no confidence that a refund would be issued even if I went to the trouble and expense of returning the item. I shall not use this company again.

I would give this zero stars if possible. This company is based in China. Very long delivery times and returns are to China so are very expensive and time consuming. Unsure of safety of items.

I strongly recommend not to order from this company who are based in CHINA!!
I regret not checking Trustpilot before placing my order .
I emailed Love Style to cancel within one hour of placing my order on Tuesday 17 December 2024.
UPDATE: My bank has informed me that LoveStyle has an office in the UK where they process customer credit/debit card payments. This is good news for all dissatisfied customers because LoveStyle must abide by UK law despite the company claiming otherwise.
I have been told by LoveStyle they have cancelled my order and given me a full refund. I have yet to see the refund in my bank account but in fairness we all know this can take several working business days.
I will update you all after the Christmas period if LoveStyle has redeemed themselves or not!!
FURTHER UPDATE as promised::
The full refund requested on 18.12.2025 has not been returned to my bank account.
It is now 30.12.2024 and I have just checked my bank account and the REFUND promised has still not materialised

02.01.2025 I have received an email from LoveStyle that states my refund failed and in three working days my money will be returned to my bank account .
I will confirm if finally LoveStyle redeems itself.
PLEASE be warned it is Tuesday 07.01.2025 and still no refund from Love Style. I have emailed them to give the company one more opportunity to put matters right before I instruct my bank.
Life is complicated enough do not order from this company who asked me to remove this post when they initially promised to give me a refund !!

Do not buy from this company. The product (a child step) was a dangerous/unsafe product. I cut open two fingers on first use of it. It was also not non-slip as described. The product was a danger to my child who would have been using it. They are not a UK based company as they masquerade to be. Returns policy is awful and they have no respect or regard for UK law and will argue that only Chinese law applies to them if you have an issue with a product. They are selling cheap, poorly made, unsafe crap. Find another product from another company - don’t waste your money or time

Ordered a canopy for kids room but it didn’t work for the space intended. As I read you can return, it turns out you have to pay for the return, which is China. They give you option refund 10% or 20% I couldn’t understand from the automated email why one or the other without returning the item or basically you pay almost as much as the item costs to return it. Very disappointed. Email responses read like google translate. Bad customer service and return options. Would not recommend buying from them.

Ordered shower curtain a week ago and money taken. No email or confirmation, no response from website contact form and no answer on phone. Sadly think this is a scam site.

Table is not the same look as what was advertised. Took weeks to arrive. When I sent photos to the shop they say this is correct and is their 'gold' colour. I am not satisfied with this purchase and all they can say is - I am welcome to return it. It came from China so postage is not really viable for the £50 initial cost. I suspect quite a few of their sales rely on this fact!

I bought this to replace an old sofa cover which had faded. At the price I wasn't expecting it to be as good quality as it was when it arrived.
Nice , thick , deep black & soft velvety stretch material,took me a little while to get it fitted ,but pleased with the results once I had
Fitted my 3 seater moda (Klippan style) sofa nicely. It also stays in place ,so no need to constantly tuck it back in.
Gave my sofa a new lease of life

I feel very silly having not checked this site and your reviews before I bought a £149 make up light up mirror. Arrived late in shoddy packaging. The plug they advertised was USB - a three prong standard plugs arrived… and the fitting doesn’t fit the product. I’ve emailed them… a poorly written automated response says “we’ll be in touch after 48 hours” I’m not holding out any hope. At least it arrived is my only saving grace. Please beware of this company.

Please beware of this website! I purchased a C-shaped table from them for £49.99 and it was the wrong colour. When I asked for an exchange I was told I have to return it first to China. I checked the price with Royal Mail- the cheapest would cost £68 for a 2kg package. I was told by the company “tough luck” and that I should have looked more carefully where the package was coming from! And that was it! Can’t exchange or return. Also, found exactly the same product on Amazon for £29.99. It is indeed a scam! Don’t waste your money.

I ordered an extra large throw for my new sofa, cat scratch proof and waterproof. It took 9 days to arrive and customer service were very helpful when i was asking for an update. Im very happy with the product and its good quality.

This website is a SCAM! they send out pound shop grade items for high street prices, that are faulty and when you ask to return the item they tell you it's return address is in China and you have to pay for the return. TOTAL SCAM. Listen to the radio 4 programme called "dehumidified" about this exact type of scam.

I received the wrong color, and the size is not even right. Despite these issues, the company is unwilling to cover the return fees and is ignoring my request repeatedly. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

This company, which is based in China, does not adhere to or respect U.K. consumer laws. The product we received was nothing like the one shown or described on their website which would/should oblige the company to pay for the return postage and then refund the item. However, they will not cover the cost of postage to China, which will cost as much as the item, instead they are offering a mere 15% refund if we don’t post it back. We have now reported this company to trading standards and our credit card company. Save yourself the risk, financial loss and hassle by avoiding this sham of a company who should not be trading in the U.K.’ I just wish I’d spotted the many one star reviews before placing the order.

Please don’t buy from them. It’s awful. Absolutely terrible. I ordered stuff before going to the comments. Then crossed my fingers it would be different for me. I am still waiting for my order after three weeks. This site should not be allowed. It’s very wrong. Taking money and not delivering the goods. I feel robbed !!!

We ordered a large sofa cover measuring 300x180. Arrived within 10 days, was the correct size and we are very happy with the quality. We didn’t realise it was a Chinese company and looking at other reviews on here maybe we were just lucky we didn’t need to return it.

Requested to cancel immediately after email confirmation that delivery was going to be 15 days for delivery (didnt realise it was a chinese company).

As per automated response, the company didn't respond for over 24hrs and then the item was dispatched and too late to cancel. The item arrived too late and I now need to return.

I have requested details to return the item and getting no response.

Don't purchase from the company unless you are 100% sure of the item you are buying and/or have plenty of time for delivery.

Bought a sofa cover from them, which was nice enough, but the wrong size, so wanted to exchange. Told me I need to return it to China at my expense, despite staying on their website that the buyer will only pay shipping costs once. Very deceiving. Awful customer service. Wish I’d seen these reviews first - my own fault! Total waste of money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
