I this company are thieves, do not order from them. I would not award a star but had to otherwise no review. The web site is sleek, they give the impression they are UK based, once you’ve paid you then realise it’s Chinese. The quality of the goods is rubbish. They do not refund, not only thieves but liars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company are very shady. The website does not make clear that they ship from China until AFTER you place the order - the contact address given is in England. In my case, after a long wait the item arrived and did not look good. The website said that items could be returned, so I enquired about this. They then told me that I would have to ship items back to China, tracked, at my own expense, which was extortionate. Even worse, literally from the day after I gave them my email and phone number for the delivery, I started receiving several daily spam/fake emails and texts about deliveries (the kind which say you have a delivery held up somewhere that you have to pay to have released), so they clearly sell customers’ details to criminals. These people are dodgy as hell. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I had the misfortune to order from Lovestyle and like many other customers had the runaround in respect of customer service. I threatened them with small claims court at one time as was told not to send goods back to the address on the package as they would destroy them. Their guarantee of a refund and satisfaction is a load of codswallop so do not be taken in. I made a good case to my card supplier and have been refunded the whole amount so don't give up in trying to get your money back. The worst shopping online experience I have ever had so be warned.

This is smooth website which merely fulfills products for a Chinese manufacturer. So in my experience the delivery is very slow the product delivered was a different shade of the colour shown and the fit, particularly across the back of the seat, it sags. The website offers refunds but customer services asks to post back to China and offers no prepaid label. Obtained a partial refund through a PayPal claim when I lost the will to live. Not a company I would recommend you deal with.
