Used to love this site
Used to love this site. But they no longer sell my size and have made their sizes smaller. Customer service is rubbish :) thoroughly disappointed that theyâve gone downhill over the past couple months.
overpriced, yet cheaply made
i think ltt is overpriced, considering the low quality the brand offers. i've worn my ltt skirt only twice now and the zipper is unuseable -- completely f-ed up, the reason being the extreme low quality of it. on top of that, they sent my order with the cheaper shipping option despite me paying for the more expensive one, and did not offer me a refund until i reached out to them about it. super disappointed. i love their designs but will not be shopping w/ them again, and would recommend others to do the same.

Loved my trousers. It's not the first pair I've had. They look awesome on. However, the sizing.......
so previously they have always been on the small side, normally sizing up is a good idea but this pair I purchased, having sized up as before were really on the big side.
I'm not sure if they have changed their measurements or whether it was just this particular pair. Other than that they are awesome.
Disappointing, especially for customers outside UK
I ordered a dress and sadly it took over a week to be shipped out. Even for a small business that is way too long. Customer service also takes many days to reply. Over Instagram I asked them if I have to pay a customs fee and I was told âthat itâs usually not the case but if it is then it wonât be muchâ. A total lie. If I had known that I wouldnât have ordered from there⊠I ended up paying almost half of the amount the dress is actually worth but sadly they arenât even transparent about that on their website. Once it finally arrived after almost three weeks after placing my order, I was utterly disappointed by the quality. I expected a comfortable and beautiful fabric but what I got was cheap polyester. Not worth the money, total disappointment, wonât be ordering from there ever again!

I really loved their trousers but the new stretch material they're using feels really cheap. The craftsmanship has gone down as well. My Cassie Clash-It trousers had random threads hanging loose and the stitching was really uneven.
I thought I might not be used to the new fabric and wore them out today but they were so uncomfortable and one side of the fabric obviously has more of a stretch to the other.
The label says Made In China so I don't know if that's the issue.
They also delete comments that are negative.
I've bought two other pairs before and they were perfect. They were my favourite pants until I put on some weight and they stopped fitting. They need to go back to their original fabric and machinists. I won't be purchasing again until they fix the fabric issue. It's so disappointing because they were my favourite brand.
You will get store credit as a refund even if you request bank transfer
They have changed the material of their trousers so they are super stretchy and have gone from being a small 12 to a large 12. I wanted to return them and get a proper refund (they automatically send this as store credit unless you send within 14 days and specifically request a cash refund). I went above and beyond to ensure I got the refund - putting it on the returns slip, emailing them, and returning within 14 days - and I still got a store credit voucher. The new trousers don't fit me and I don't need anything else, so I can't buy anything from there! So frustrating, and the customer services are slow to respond.
Poor experience & prod. quality
Poor experience: if you are purchasing outside the UK, know you will have to pay Customs fee (in my case, it was â¬35+). There was also a mistake in the custom form they filled in, but once contacted they acted like it was not on them.
The quality of the products is not that great too, my skirt is poorly sewed (lines are not straight, there are a lot of strands out of place, like they âforgotâ to cut them).
Poor quality items and terrible customer service
I have ordered in the past and loved the quality of my items and loved the company morals on their website about how everything is made in turkey where they look after their staff. Most recently I ordered on 30th May, paid for delivery, waited the given 7 days and more with still no dispatch email. Contacted the company to be told it was a pre order item, which it never said anywhere when ordering, this was added after I had ordered. I have since read on here that this has happened to lots of people. They stated there was a delay which I have no problem with, Iâm very understanding, but an email to let me know this wouldâve been appreciated. I then waited a whole month before getting a dispatch email. When my Alice Trousers arrived, the quality was shocking. Cheap see through plastic material which were TINY and said made in china on the label. I contacted to say I was unhappy about this, would like a monetary refund and would like my return postage paying for as in my eyes this was false advertising. I received a very snappy response back ignoring everything Iâd said and saying to return them and Iâd get my refund. After returning them at my own cost, I waited weeks and weeks with no refund. After multiple ignored messages and emails I finally got the attention of them via instagram and was told my refund would be processed to following day. I waited another WEEK and only when I threatened to raise a dispute with my bank did I get a nice message to say it was being processed immediately, funny that. If after my first email complaining about the quality of the trousers I was greeted with a kind reply, I wouldâve happily used this company again for other items. However after waiting over 2 months for my item to arrive and then a refund and to be ignored and met with snappy replies, I wonât. This company doesnât actually care about customers, it cares more about growing its social media following and having sales every other day for products they donât actually have in stock.
Quality Decline
I want to start this with saying I used to LOVE this brand, I have probably around 10 pairs of LTT trousers at this point but with these newest items both the fit and material are so different, it feels like a huge decline in quality. My old size 10 trousers in the thicker material fit like a dream but I can barely even zip the new ones up, one pair also came with a hole in the material under the zip so I'm too terrified to even attempt to wear them out.

Inconsistent sizing / worth the price?
Couple of issues with LTT, even though I love the styles and would love to purchase more items, I am reconsidering.
1) I've ordered 2 pairs of trousers from LTT - one in early 2020, and the latest pair in 2022. The first pair arrived quite quickly considering they were posting to the EU, but the most recent pair took 40 days (from date of purchase to delivery in the UK). After having waited the 2 weeks that the website states to wait before emailing, then trying to get a response to any email/contact took a week or more. Granted, they said the order will take longer because it was a "pre-order" item, which I do not remember seeing when purchasing. Others have had this problem too. But, I put that down to my own mistake/negligence when ordering. Response time shouldn't be that long after several messages. The whole time also getting automated messages to leave a review...
2) My main issue is the inconsistency with style/size/overall quality of the items. I have ordered 2 trousers, Brooke Clash it & Blake Clash, with a 2 year difference but the sizing is drastically different to what is stated on their site, and with one another. Not only that, but the design of the patterned leg is on one side in all the site images (the right leg), yet my trousers have come out with one pair looking as in the images, and the other pair having the left leg patterned. Not a major issue, but is different to what is advertised. Did I accidentally receive a defective/sample item?
The details (buttons) are different, and the length and waist sizes are different too. I wear and ordered a size 10 both times, first (defective?) pair was 78cm waist, 96cm length and quite baggy/loose around the hips; the second pair were 74cm waist and 101 cm length. Much tighter and higher trousers, less room around the hips.
They do state on the site that the material is not stretchy so to go a size up, but they do not wear the same as in images.
I'm not bothered about buttons or label size changing, brands evolve over time and make minor changes. But the issues with sizing inconsistency, with the price that they are, is what is making me reconsider purchasing more trousers. I wouldn't mind paying the 30-45GBP price tag if I knew I can depend on the cut and style of the item I order. Overall not that happy, which is a shame because I really liked the items.

Disappointed
Iâm disappointed because I used to like this brand.
I placed an order with them on 23/03/22. A few weeks later I hadnât heard anything from them so emailed asking for an update. I received a very snippy response saying it was a preorder item, which I have zero recollection of being written on the page when I ordered, or else I wouldnât have ordered.
They were delivered to me on 04/05/22. They were exactly the same as an item I had previously had, but in a different colour way, and yet the sizing was way off. I send them back, tracked and signed. The package is received by them on 11/05/22.
I hear nothing. A few weeks later I email. I hear nothing. Eventually on 01/06/22 I raise a dispute with my credit card company.
Not 20 minutes after I receive the âweâve passed your documents onto the merchantâ email, I get a chirpy email saying my refund is on its way. Hmm.
Overall, just a very disappointing experience and I would never use them again. Why cling to my money until I have to take action when clearly you could have just sent the refund earlier?

It pains me to do this as I liked the brand but 10 days after Iâve ordered a jumper and still no shipping confirmation when my delivery option was 48hrs Iâll never shop from this brand again. I also contacted customer service to really give them a chance to sort it out and after 3 days still nothing. Iâm down £25 no item. I also turned a blind eye to a previous order from love too true, in which my trousers came with a hole in the pocket and felt really poor quality.
