Incredible service from beginning to end!
Grahame went above and beyond to ensure my around the world trip went as smoothly as possible. He organised absolutely everything, including airport wheelchair assistance for my Uncle, flights, transfers, hotels etc. We made several changes to our trip while abroad, opting to extend the trip and visit additional destinations, Grahame took care of all of this! We were also delayed in Sydney Australia as my elderly Uncle was unwell and required medical clearance to fly home; again, Grahame sorted all of this for me. He provided guidance and support night and day!
I could not have done this trip without him, and will never book my own holiday again!

Fabulous service from booking until cruise ended. Grahame is a fabulous travel consultant with great advice on the entire trip. We cruised from Dundee to Norway on Ambassador, Ambition, and would totally recommend this trip.

He really tailors your trips to your likes & gets to know what doesn’t work for you. I cannot recommend Grahame highly enough . Just an absolutely brilliant human being and highly knowledgable travel agent . I went to Grahame with some ideas and thankfully he talked me out of some bad choices . I was looking to book a trip for my wife’s 40th so needed something special. Amazingly Grahame managed to find us a trip to Barbados within budget. I had never even considered it before . We had the holiday of a lifetime.
