I was happy with my first subscription. Although there was my phone number missing in the shipping information which led to the delivery company storing my orders at the nearby parcel shop instead of delivering them to my address. I've contacted the customer service asking them to include the phone number the next time. They assured me they will deal with the problem. However nothing has changed. In November I have purchased subscription for the next four sets. Since the shipping of the first one was was two days before Christmas, I've changed the shipping date to Dec 8th. When the set wasn't shipped until Christmas day I've contacted the customer service. I've received an answer on Jan 6th that they are sorry and my order will be shipped immediately. After a week I've contacted the customer service again. To this day was not the package sent and I haven't received the reply from customer service. Tried to contact them on WhatsApp. Only chatbot (I persume) asked for my e-mail address and told me that the customer service will contact me.

Ich habe das Musik-Set im November als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt, aber nach drei Wochen war es immer noch nicht angekommen. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen beim Kundenservice, der mir nicht wirklich weiterhelfen konnte, erhielt ich das Set erst nach Weihnachten. Sehr enttäuschend, besonders wenn man rechtzeitig ein Geschenk erhalten möchte. Ich werde hier sicher nicht wieder bestellen.

I ordered and paid more than three months ago, the third kit is still not shipped even though it should have been shipped two weeks ago. Customer service never answers.

Typisch amerikanische Marketingfirma.
Ob die Produkte etwas taugen kann ich noch nicht beurteilen, aber das Geschäftsgebahren ist unterirdisch und wahrscheinlich am Rande der Legalität.

Man kauft kein Produkt sondern schließt ein Abonnement ab, vermutlich um die 15tägige Rückgabefrist im Onlinehandel zu umgehen. Jedenfalls wurde mein sofortiger Widerspruch ignoriert und das Paket einfach zugestellt. Eine Antwort habe ich bisher nicht erhalten.

It's hard to see a company I used to trust become an organization that only cares about profit. I bought a kitchen set from them, but my browser filled in the wrong address when I selected my credit card to pay. The same minute, I contacted customer support through WhatsApp, but I was informed that only the customer support team could help, and because I contacted them on a Sunday night, the team would only be available Monday morning. I contacted them again on Monday; this time I spoke to a human being and was informed that nothing could be done. I contacted the delivery company, and they threw the responsibility back to Lovevery, saying that only they could update the address. I sent emails and messages on WhatsApp, but I have been ignored. This is not the kind of respect we expect from a company like Lovevery. My family and I are very disappointed.

J ai fait une commande pour un gift voucher et pour le moment le service est très mauvais. Le voucher n’a pas été envoyé et impossible d entrer en contact avec l entreprise. Le service client est inaccessible après plusieurs mails et chat. C est cata.

The toys are expensive but good. The website functionality is the problem. Easy to subscribe, hard to adjust deliveries. There is no way on my online account to delay a shipment more than 7 days and no way to reschedule a shipment to be sent sooner. The website has complicated navigation and no direct way to contact customer service that I see except through a form that offers no confirmation that the information or request I submit is received, but did receive an automated email that again offered the same non-solutions and stated "We have received an increased amount of requests, which could cause some delay with receiving a response from us." Since I have saved previous emails from Lovevery.eu I duplicate requests made on that form. It is a workaround that could be solved by more flexibility in scheduling shipments in my account.

Blijven pakketen opsturen, zeggen dat ik de website niet goed heb gelezen maar het is extreem misleidend!!

Ik wil helemaal geen subscription en ondanks cancellen tóch weer een box sturen en moet je er weer achteraan.
De inhoud is leuk voor je kind maar alle lol gaat er snel vanaf zo met dit bedrijf, extreem misleidende marketingstrategie!!

Great customer service. I thought I purchased a one-off toy kit (which was of great quality, very happy with it, but too expensive to buy automatically every 2 months) but I didn't read properly when I bought the kit and I actually agreed to a subscription. I wasn't aware of this so I was very surprised when I received a notification that my new kit was shipped and the amount was deducted from my account. I reached out to customer service and they went out of their way to help me. Even refunded the money and cancelled the shipment!

The toys are fine although a bit repetitive sometimes. I do not think the playkits are particularly well-thought and I have found that I am using toys at different stages than the recommended ones. The customer service used to be good, in the last months I am not happy at all with it. Answers seem to be taking forever to arrive (if they ever arrive) and I have also been asked to pay for the replacement of defective items. On too of that, it has happened twice now, my email and customer details to be confused with someone else’s (and details of that other person have accidentally been shared with me). Shame, as we were initially happy with the toys.

Orders paid more than 2 weeks ago, still not shipped even though they should have been shipped the next day. Customer service almost unreachable.

Das Lovevery Spielzeug ist hochwertig und gut durchdacht für die verschiedenen Altersstufen. Sowohl meine Tochter, als auch mein Sohn hatten verschiedene Play Kits und vor allem den Großen konnten wir anhand der Box in seinem Lernen von Farben unterstützen. Das Fühlbuch aus dem Charmeur Set mit den verschiedenen Texturen, Schwarz Weiß Bildern und Spiegeln hatte ich bestimmt 3 Monate immer unterwegs dabei, um meine Tochter zu beschäftigen :)

I really love the play gym for my baby. It is very well made. It has many interesting elements.
My son was immediately interested in it. If you are considering purchasing it, it is really worth it.

Die Play Kits sind genau was wir gesucht haben: Altersgerechte Spielwaren aus hochwertigen Materialien. Wir schätzen es sehr, dass Lovevery uns die Recherche nicht nur für pädagogisch wertvolle Spielwaren abnimmt, sondern diese auch noch der jeweiligen Entwicklungsstufe angepasst in Sets zusammenstellt. Die Materialwahl ist sehr gelungen mit viel Naturmaterialien (Holz, Bio-Baumwolle) wo möglich und sinnvoll. Wenn Plastik oder Silikon zum Einsatz kommt, ist es sehr hochwertig und robust. Durch das clevere Design laden die Artikel zu vielseitigen und kreativen Spielideen ein. Besonders gefällt uns auch die Farbwahl, wobei bunte Elemente in neutralere Farben gefasst sind und sich die Muster und Farben in mehreren Produkten wiederholen. Dadurch entsteht ein ruhiges und stimmiges Gesamtbild (auch wenn man bunt nicht unbedingt mag!). Abschliessend möchten wir noch die sehr gelungenen Begleit-Karten hervorheben, welche uns Spielideen (auch ohne Lovevery Artikel!) sowie Informationen zur jeweiligen Entwicklungsstufe geben. Dank Lovevery hatten wir schon viel Spass mit unserer Tochter und haben nebenbei Zeit für die Recherche sowie Geld für unzählige und wahrscheinlich unnötige andere Spielwaren gespart.

As a mother of a 4-month-old, Lovevery has been a game-changer. The Play Kits are thoughtfully designed, engaging, and perfectly suited for my baby’s developmental stage. The expert-backed approach gives me confidence I’m providing the best for my child. The quality and educational value are outstanding. Highly recommend!

As a toddler expert and teacher I can only recommand the kits that I have used with my children. I also use parts while helping children improve language and motor skills. The book that come with some playkits are very realistic and help children to identify with the story and help them deal with emotions. I also love the fact taht the toys last a long time, they are mostly in wood and very beautiful so they give my room a very warm decoration.

We love these toys at home! My daughter is developing so many skills with them and she truly has fun. Being open-ended toys, I have seen her inventing her own ways to play with them which is really fun to see; it allows me to understand better her interests. But for sure the books are even better and always a hit! They tackle great topics totally align with my daughter's age and have helped us to explain things like fear to washing hair during bathtime, going to the doctor, using the potty and so on. Totally worth it!

Lovevery kits are with us already for 18 months and we appreciate them every day for three particular reasons:
1. they are visually pleasing - the design and colour scheme of items is so beautiful that they are not only pretty toys but also a beautiful part of our home decor.
2. they support open-ended play and are versatile - we are rotating toys every 2-3 weeks and with each rotation we take out also toys from previous kits. Even though our toddler could master the toys already at the allocated time scheme, she enjoys playing with them in different ways also now. Therefore, Lovevery toys last long (not only the 2-3months) and can be used over and over again in different ways. In line with Montessori pedagogy, all toys support open-ended play and boost creativity and imagination.
3. natural materials - Lovevery toys are made of natural materials that are not only pleasant to watch but more importantly very pleasant to handle and play with.

Overall, Lovevery toys are part of our everyday play. Our toddler plays independently with all the toys and even items from previous kits make a great addition to our everyday play time.

Even though the price might look higher at first sign, the kits are not expensive at all taking into account that the toys are very high quality, the play guides offer in-depth descriptions of every item, ideas for play and the developmental stage, and the toys can be used for years.
