Uiteindelijk pakket ontvangen met een excuus via de mail en een terugstorting van 10 euro. Bestelling is blijven hangen ergens in het systeem. Baby is enorm blij met de playgym! Playgym zeker een aanrader.
Website en levering belofte klopt niet
Niet blij met de belofte op de website van de zelfde dag shipping. Ik denk zelfs de inventory op de website is onjuist⊠ik had dagen geleden play gym besteld maar ik heb niks over het gehoord. Geen excuses over het vertraging of ik zal ooit mijn pakket zou krijgen.

âNot delightedâ with website functionality
I am not delighted at their difficult website that makes me feel foolishly scammed. I spent much more time than necessary just to adjust a shipping date more than 7 days. Lovevery expensive but nice quality toys are not available without a subscription and sharing personal data of a baby, which is sketchy to say the least.
Customer service was available by contact form, but excessive time was spent wrangling with this. Determining the preset situation that allowed contact for communication to delay shipment of a subscription for more than the preset 7 days was unnecessarily time consuming. The subscription item did not yet have the order number requested on the form, so the contact form scolded and would not send the request to delay shipment. So it took some time to work around this.
My shipment date was resolved within 24 hours but why does their website make it so difficult? I considered canceling my subscription and resubscribing but this isnât easily found either. I was informed that they have a chat when I received my requested shipping date by email, but I didnât see chat as a contact. The format the email sent the revised shipping dates in could not be copied or transferred to my calendar.
Poor delivery and customer experience
So I got the lovevery subscription a couple of weekends ago, and the order screen said it would ship in 2 business days. Days went by and no update, not even a âsorry there is a delayâ. I sent them a nice email 4 business days after the order to check on the status, no response. I checked if the payment went through, all fine.
I sent them a threatening email after 6 business days, saying I would reverse the transaction and report them for fraud. Still no reply from customer service but suddenly I have a shipping confirmation. As of now I am still waiting for any news that the package was actually handed over.
It is galling because I actually prepaid for 4 playkits and this is how they treat a customer who spent that much!
I know there are global supply chain problems and all that, and I am quite understanding of it. What I cannot abide by is not informing the customer and STILL no reply from customer service. There is also no phone number on their website, so you cannot even call them.

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst voor mijn vriend zijn petekind. Ik had hiervoor geen account aangemaakt omdat dit toch niet voor ons bedoelt was. Pakket goed aangekomen. Na een maand of 2 krijg ik plots een mail dat er een nieuwe box op komst is. Deze had ik helemaal niet besteld. Ik keek op de site om te zien wat er aan de hand was, maar ik had nog geen account, dus had ik deze aangemaakt. Op mijn account zag ik dat er blijkbaar elke zoveel maand een box zou opgestuurd worden. Dit heb ik dan onmiddellijk geannuleerd en een mail gestuurd dat ik deze niet had besteld. De volgende dag krijg ik een mail dat het pakket onderweg is. Toen de pakketdienst aan kwam heb ik dit geweigerd en nog eens proberen contact te krijgen met Lovevery via hun klantendienst. Tot nog toe geen antwoord gekregen. Ik vind het een beetje vreemd dat wanneer je een pakket besteld er automatisch een abonnement aan verbonden is, terwijl dit niet duidelijk gecommuniceerd is geweest. Het is namelijk niet de eerste keer dat ik iets online bestel.
Daarnaast duurt het heel erg lang vooraleer je antwoord krijgt op je mail of via het contact formulier.

After my second contact attempt and writing here, they contacted me and said that my order was 'stuck', although I am not sure what that means. They sent my items to me the next day. Goods and their quality are good. Unfortunately, their customer service does not reply fast enough.

I gave an order and received its confirmation email on the 12th of January, early in the morning. I chose the standard shipping method that says the items will be shipped in 3 to 5 working days.
I contacted them via email on the 17th of January due to not getting any information about my shipment. I received an automatic message that says they are at capacity right now. Thus, there might be some latency.
I waited till the end of the week, but there was still no response. It has been seven working days since I put in my order, but there is no response or shipment. I wrote to them again on the 21st of January. I will update the status from here when I receive a response on their part.
