Always very helpful and shipping is always great

I have been trying to return two items one was broken upon arrival and the second one was wrong and did not fit my stove

Absolutely excellent laundry cart. I bought another one a few months ago from home depot that was just about the same price. I should hqve read the reviews on that one because within a week I noticed it wasn't rolling as smoothly. I looked down at the wheels and three of them were bent like they had buckled under the weight of a couple pounds of laundry. Lmao. I was shocked and pretty upset about it. So thats when I read the reviews. Everyone had the same problem. Very poor design. And you have to contact the company to get your refund but conveniently nobody ever answers their phone. I should have read the reviews. This one from laundry owners warehouse is heavy duty and just amazing. The wheels are dead silent also. Its so nice to use. I have about 60 feet to travel from the washer to the dryer so this cart makes it so nice. Thank you.

My only issue is that it took over a week for the item to arrive, and the tracking process was worthless. However, I understand that this was probably out of your control. I did make phone contact with one of your reps, who was able to identify the whereabouts of the item, and gave me a delivery date that proved correct.

First time ordering from Laundry Owners Warehouse and it was great! The website was easy to use, I found exactly what I was looking for, shipping was fast, and the prices were fair. Everything came in perfect shape—I’ll be ordering from them again.

LOW gives me access to hard-to-find parts with good pricing, and keeps me regularly updated on order status.

The locks were supposed to be keyed alike. I called and emailed to see if it could be corrected and received no reponse.

I am in Canada and I got my parts quicker than I could by ordering local.However,by the time I got the parts and paid duty,and shipping it costed more than buying local.So I will have to really decide if its worth it for a Canadian to buy from them in the future.Thanks
