I never signed up to this company (Loyalpetsvip.com) yet they keep deducting money from my account

I dont even know what they offer.

they are refusing to refund over R1000 which they have stolen from me.

I have not received any services, anything at all from these people!

The fact I must be honest regarding my review I actually do not know what to say as I have a dispute regarding money that was deducted from my bank account, and I requested a refund. Maybe it will be resolved after my review.

Al tener problemas de unos cargos no reconocidos hechos a mi tarjeta tuve la fortuna de contactarme con Edith, quien muy eficientemente me a ayudado con todo este reclamo

En cuanto a la atención de Paula me parece buena, pero doy esta calificación por qué tampoco me parece que después de obligarme a darme una reseña me devuelvan mi dinero después de insistir para que reembolsaran por un producto que no iba a recibir además de mandar más dos correos para que alguien me contestara.
Actualizacion en junio 2025, no dejan de llegar correos para solicitar que cambie mi reseña por una positiva por qué afectan su imagen, estoy en mi derecho de comentar mi experiencia. Dejen de insistir en querer que cambie mi experiencia con ustedes.
