Very approachable no nonsense from the lady who helped us. The agent that came to the house for signatures was helpful and reassuring .

They were extremely efficient and informative and explained everything really well. I had everything signed and sent off very quickly after a home visit.

Mr Roberts was a very easy man to speak to.
Did his utmost to be helpful. And explained about the form and the correct order to fill it all in

The company was very efficient and very easy to deal with.

They did not explain properly what documents needed.Also about the fee. We were told claiming benefit its exempted free.The collegue said to us. All she did was fill the forms and got us to sign documents.Then we paid the cost of £350 and that was the total amount i was told to pay by my friend who recommended you to me.Therfore asking me to pay extra cosr of £46 pounds for each documents why?.

Tony Patey was extremely helpful in guiding Both My Wife & I through what ,in Our Eyes, the complexitys of The Power of Attorney Documentation. Only wished We had contacted LPA before !! The Company We actually appointed to prepare Our Wills/ Powers of Attorney. Many thanks Richard Boardman.

Very helpful, friendly, and I felt reassured. Was nice to be seen on a home visit. The forms were filled in quite quickly and was advised to have my family here on the day to sign their part so as to save any messing about getting their signatures.

I just want to say I used LPA to sort out my mum’s Power of Attorney, and they did an amazing job.

You can call them at any time with any questions, and they explain everything clearly. They are not just professional, they are genuinely nice, caring, and patient people.

Honestly, they are just wonderful. If you need to do any Power of Attorney for a family member, this is definitely the place to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The man who came to see my parents was very nice and kind, My mother was happy with the service, My parents aren't so well and a bit dubious of strange, rs but he put them at their ease.
