My initial enquiry had a prompt reply. Caroline was professional, efficient and well-informed. I was kept up to speed with the whole process and the actual appointment was well-conducted and stress free.

Excellent service, very efficiently dealt with and for a better price than one would get from a solicitor. Once completed the forms were speedily despatched and I had the initial reply from the OPG after only a week and a half (my mother had LPA forms done via a solicitor which took much longer to process).

I have used this company before with my mum. I had no problem . Using again for my Aunty. I had home visit. Phone call conversation with staff is relaxing. They explain everything in details and give examples. They answer all my questions. They make you feel relax. It is so easy to do.

I can really recommend this company, Michelle guided me through what I needed to know and talked through options. When the forms arrived they had been marked where we all needed to sign. She made it very simple and straight forward.

They were so helpful in helping us complete the forms that we were overwhelmed with. They even sent an agent to the Care home on a Sunday so that both my husband and doner could sign the forms, They have sent all the signed forms off to the government to complete. The fee LPA Now charge is worth every penny

Easy to deal with. Fully explained the process from the start to finish. Good communication. The best part of the service was they came to my elderly aunties flat to sign all the paperwork. It would have been a lot harder if they could have done that for her. And it was very inexpensive.

We were very pleased with the assistance given by the staff and it was very easy to arrange the appointment for my relative to meet the solicitor. The long delay before receiving the LPA is caused by the OPG, but we were advised by the OPG that the application (by LPA Now) was 'perfect'.

Postal service was dreadful. My forms and data was sent to the wrong address even though I emphasised that some post code checkers could get this wrong. When I eventually received a copy of the forms they were full of inaccuracies despite the correct information being given. Wrong addresses were entered and names misspelled despite these being spelled out. The corrected forms have now apparently been lost in the post! I was charged £350 for this service and have demanded a refund as I have no faith that these forms would be accepted. Quite honestly they should be paying me for having lost my data. I chose this company because of the good reviews but my experience could not have been any worse.

I required two types of forms for lasting power of Attorney -Finance & Property and Health & Welfare, and contacted LPA Now. The Person that I spoke to went into great detail to explain what was required, and so I had an excellent experience with this Company. The papers arrived the next day, and I was told to phone if there were any other queries. Everything went to plan and I would highly recommend them.
