I had no clue on LPA, but Malcolm took time and explained me. I would advise people looking to take LPA to contact Malcolm. Very honest, caring and friendly service.

Malcolm at Brampton was extremely helpful at explaining the purpose of lasting power of attourney, and guided us through the completion of the forms. Could certainly recomend using the company.

The option ot having the agent do a home visit to witness, the signing of the document made it more official.

Whilst we haven't got the completed documentation from the Office of the Public Guardian yet (they take ages) our experience with LPA Now has been excellent. Very fast to respond and begin the process with excellent communication. Much less expensive and more responsive than solicitors would be (and you wouldn't get a qualified solicitor anyway). Recommended.

So easy I just made one phone call and the rest followed very very quickly. There was very understanding with my mum who is 95 years of age. You could not do any better.

Very Professional and gave good guidance and honest in their transactions. Not like our previous Legal Company experience, with obtaining Power of Attorney, who asked for funds upfront and then never responded to our phone calls or emails.

LPA made the process very simple and easy at such a hard time for my family. Everyone was helpful and especially John who visited the home to complete the forms.
