The reviews are right; unless you're part of the 2% you will probably end up getting a refund for whatever item you ordered. I'm ordering from shein and I'm not sure if I'm still going to get my package or if it'll be late but it's been stuck at local facility for almost a week and my delivery date estimate is tomorrow to the 25th and on top of it all their phone number doesn't work. I've never had a problem getting my packages from SheIn before but as soon as I am paired with this company I have a problem. If yours is being shipped with them, have low expectations. You could have a good experience but these people are known for suspicious activity and late deliveries.

Update guys: I feel like I have to give this a fair review. The tracking hasn't been updated but my packaged has been delivered today right before the estimated arrival. I was so worried my package wouldn't get here on time or at all. (3 stars for leaving me in the dust tho LSO)

This is the worse shipping agency ever, I had numerous packages delivered to me from various shipping agencies including LSO using the same address. I have two deliveries with LSO the 16th & 17th same address, the 16th arrived, the 17th however never did, I got a notification stating that the GPS is giving wrong location. I sent numerous emails, called to speak with an agent many times no answer only a voicemail, up to this date 22nd I have no idea where my package is and how am I going to get it, this is frustrating

I ordered from FASHION NOVA and it stated delivered. There is no picture anything confirming it was in front of my door.

I had two packages waiting to be delivered from Fashion Nova. Both had the same delivery dates. Only one package arrived. The other order keeps getting switched from “it’s on its way!” To “local delivery delay”, to “exception” There used to be a delivery date, now the delivery date is blank. You can’t speak to anyone. Never order from Fashion Nova If you need your merchandise in a timely manner. At this point I’m just going to request a refund.

I ordered my package on my 13 it’s supposed to arrive here by may 21 or 24 but today on may 19 as I’m tracking my package.It claims that the package has a “bad address” but on my part I put all the correct information this has never happened to me with any other packaging place like fed ex etc.Only with LSO super unprofessional.

My package keeps showing local delivery delay in Conroe and goes back to Houston. I think this is my last order with Shein of they keep using a company that does not have anyone to talk to in customer service.

If I could give a zero, I would most definitely. It's very frustrating that you receive an email stating you received your package and then to find out also that I signed, bull and lies. It infuriates me with this nonsense, and by the way, I never received anything 😒

Something seems fishy! I got an email saying that my delivery was attempted around 10pm and that my package was “Inbound scanned at destination” at 3:51AM!” Not to mention I can’t get a hold of anyone. The customer service number doesn’t work and the directions on scheduling a pick up are outdated.

If I could this bull crap place zero stars I would first of all I ordered from SHEIN it says my package was delivered and “signed for” when none of that was true I don’t have my package and o have to wait 3-7 days to get a reshipment from shein when I have a vacation coming up shein really needs to do better I don’t know why they’re even still in business with the bull crap company.

This seems to be the only way to get someone from this terrible company to reply to you I had a package that was supposedly delivered to my door two weeks ago but it obviously wasn’t because I’m on here making a complaint I have a ring camera and I saw no one deliver my package your customer service number doesn’t work nor do the emails do I have on your site asking if we need help to contact you guys I don’t contact us back this is a scam of a company and you’ll need to be shut

Still waiting on my items to come they were supposed to be delivered today. Never ARRIVED It’s a order from Target never again will this happen to me.

Horrible horrible they keep your package for a week or two before delivery it this has happened every time I order something and the shipper use them to deliver packages

Honestly this place should not even be given any type of star. This place is horrible and trying to reach out to someone about the package is ridiculous. I ordered from shein and is showing delivered but I never received the package. I have sent multiple MESSAGES per the stupid website. I just want my package. Company gives you a stupid ticket number. Per the email response, it's stating due to covid.. Give it up.... HORRIBLE COMPANY

Company is horrible! My Shein package said delivered and nothing was received and it seems like other people are having the same issue! How is this company not shut down? Shein needs to cut ties with this company or they will continue to have to refund people their money

I ordered some items from Nordstrom rack considering of 3 diff things. Two of the items were delivered via UPS and I received the timely. The 3rd item was supposed to be delivered by this company in which I never received, after reaching out and complaining it eventually showed up as delivered right after it arrived to shipping site in Fort worth. I never received these items and had to request a refund. Now another company I've ordered from recently,uses this shipping company as well and the same thing is slowly happening. My items have been in transit for much longer than usual.

I know the experiences of almost everyone here are negative, but they delivered my package from Nordstrom's Rack a day earlier than I was quoted.

The problem is only 2% of those who have a positive experience will share it versus 80% of those with a negative experience. I don't want to diminish anyone's bad experience, it's an awful feeling to have something you ordered inexplicably go missing. Just want to keep it honest and as accurate as possible for the next person.

My package says delivered at 6:51pm. I was sitting in my living room and received no knock or anything. I leave for my birthday trip next week and that package has my outfit. TERRIBLE COMANY.

LSO is definitely a joke!!!!! They definitely are lying trash!! Geesh was waiting on package from SHEIN was sitting for 5 days in my city and when I pressed for rush it all of a sudden said delivered but I didn’t receive jack, nothing was delivered maybe we all should rally and go to the news so that they can get answers cause you damn sure can’t reach anybody, the only parcel service you can reach.

Second package that’s been marked as “delivered” by LSO, and never shows up. I wonder how much money these companies (American Eagle, SHEIN, Fashion Nova) are going to spend on refunds before they put this scam carrier out of business.

Ordered from SHEIN, they used LSO as the carrier and I never received my order. This is the 2nd time SHEIN has used LSO and both times I had to get a refund because my package never made it. I do not understand how they are still in business. NONE of their customer service numbers work. LSO is AWUL!
