Wallpaper is beautiful but absolutely no point getting samples as the colours are very different ( not just your usual batch number different )

Customer services weren’t bothered either.

Followed directions to a tee, wallpaper is faulty. Half of each of the strips has a blue tinge. Consequently we need to strip the wallpaper and purchase from another company. This has cost us days. We have received a refund but please don’t risk the same experience. Wish I had read the trust pilot reviews as their “4.8” rating is clearly fabricated as you can’t click into it from the website.

Avoid. Wallpaper is poor quality and not how the sample looked. The colour was totally different from the sample. The pattern did not match on two different rolls and so the decorator could not complete the room. Got a full refund. It’s a shame as the actual print is lovely.

Their wallpaper is absolutely gorgeous. Although a bit more expensive then I would normally pay, it is so worth it. The design, colour and quality is amazing. Will definitely buy from them again.

I placed an order for wallpaper which when we started to hang it you could see that the rolls had defects and faulty contacted the company , who don't take responsibility straight away ask all questions about how its being hung etc then you have to provide them with pictures of all the labels of your rolls etc. Told that this a printing error and doesn't usually happen, they did send replacements but not great when your paying a decorator to do the work who then has to come back.
Then placed an order for a completely different design wallpaper and exactly the same the wallpaper was faulty as it was being hung you could see it contacted them and again with the same questions .
Asked for a full refund for this and replacements due to having both my orders being faulty which they would not give.
The wallpaper is nice when correct.
It's expensive so you do not expect to receive defected products not just once put twice.

I wanted to write a review after almost changing my mind to the beautiful wallpaper I wanted in my living room due to reading these reviews! I'm glad I went against my judgement...

My decorator had no problems at all hanging the wallpaper and she commended the quality and you struggle to see any join. This wallpaper is upper end price and you can see why for the statement design. I am sure you can find a thicker finish for a cheaper price but as long as the wall is well prepared it hangs like a dream.

I had a roll spare and this was returned for free with a quick refund.

I have bought wallpaper from this company previously and it has always been of a very high standard. Having needed to order extra rolls for next day delivery, i used the wrong payment card and had to cancel then place the order again. I also needed to check that I would receive the paper on time. I was in touch with Nick several times who provided prompt and clear support and also changed their usual delivery service for another that would be able to complete the delivery tomorrow.

This is the second time I have bought paper from this company . The paper is a good quality but this will be the last time I use them .
My parcel was delivered to the incorrect address . I contacted the company and was told they would have to start a in correct delivery with Evri .
I had booked a decorator 6mhs previous and was told that the querry as to where the parcel was could take several days .
Fortunately the parcel was found by someone who delivered it to me .
I felt that Lucie Annabel did not want to take any ownership of the lost parcel . If it had stated when ordering it would be Evri I would have asked to use a different delivery company.
For this reason I will no longer be using this Company .

Poor quality wallcovering. Pattern deepened in shade from left to right, leaving and obvious difference from roll to roll.
I'm a decorator, who hung this paper, and don't recommend the product.
After complaining about the product, a replacement was sent. The customer has settled for the replacement, but there is still a shade difference, despite Lucie Annabel saying is was flawless.
Stick to tried and trusted wallcoverings manufacturers if you want a quality product.

Second terrible experience with customer services. I gave them a second chance as I love their designs but will never use Lucie Annabel again! I returned an extra rolls of paper slightly beyond 28days (couple of days out) and not only would they not refund but wouldn't return my roll of paper unless I arrange to have it collected myself...I was happy to pay the postage so they could easily have sent it via normal delivery process but just said no. Just shoddy customer service.

We purchased the Great Oak paper and though the design is absolutely beautiful, the product was of very poor quality. Though we used the paper calculation tool, the amount of wastage was high. We needed another roll and the colour variation was massive- the first batch looked as described (natural), whilst the second roll looked green. We then noticed that even within the roll itself there was quite a big colour variation that was not picked up on in the factory - hints at low quality control. I expect this in budget papers, but not for something at a higher price point.
The glue we used was a pain and really lumpy. Wasted our whisk trying to get it right. All in, we’re probably just under £300 down the drain and hours of work. Never again. Wish I saw the trustpilot reviews before I purchased.

It's not often I bother writing reviews but after reading some of these reviews thought I'd add my ten penneth worth .Firstly I will say I am a time served decorator with 45 years experience and have hung thousands of rolls of paper .
This paper is excellent but you have to know what you are doing with it , it requires lots of tricks out of the book you know the one that you start reading when you start work at 16 .You are not going to learn how to hang this paper from a YouTube video and don't think because you papered your feature wall with a diy chain paper you will hang this because you won't.
Lastly if your decorator can't make head nor tail of it then you need to change your decorator because any problems you may encounter are definitely user error and lack of knowledge and ability .

Incredibly frustrating company to deal with. Will never use again. Lovely premium papers but budget customer service. Had to contact 5 times just to obtain samples and place order. Paid for next day delivery, did not arrive. Customer services representative, Thomas, couldn’t have been more annoying, defensive and not remotely helpful. Was told next day delivery might not arrive tomorrow as was being sent to business address and Evri may want to deliver up to 8pm…apparently Lucie Annabelle class a working day until 8pm. The customer service representative I called previously, s lady, was also rude and unhelpful. A premium priced product with a bargain basement service and attitude! I’ll never order from them again.

We bought the sage da Vinci wallpaper which looked lovely online and the £2 sample confirmed our choice, however after spending time and money preparing the wall the end result was disappointing to say the least. The paper had marks on it and there was a shade variation within the roll in addition the joins were very noticeable. This was definitely a product issue as opposed to an application issue. Whilst customer service replied quickly and after sending photographs we were issued a full refund no explanation was given to the reason behind the problem. Back to the drawing board I guess!

I bought the Picasso wallpaper directly from Lucie Annabel. The design looked beautiful online, but every strip had a darker edge down one side, creating visible bands across the wall. The same flaw appeared on the unused roll, proving it was a manufacturing defect, not an installation issue.

Customer service did respond promptly and issued a refund, which I appreciate. However, that was the extent of their response. I’ve lost more than a full day of my valuable time, carefully prepping walls, purchasing materials, and painstakingly hanging the wallpaper — only to have to strip it all off and start again.

It’s extremely disappointing when a premium brand fails to acknowledge the real inconvenience and cost caused by a product fault, and seems to believe that customers who’ve invested both their money and their time deserve nothing more than a refund. I expected far better from a high-end company.

The designs themselves are lovely, but I’d urge anyone buying to check each roll thoroughly before hanging, and to be aware that if something goes wrong, you’re unlikely to receive any goodwill gesture or compensation beyond a refund.

The wallpaper has shade differences, so we wasted money paying a decorator to put it up. Customer service were tricky wanting many photos etc before eventually refunding us. But this didn't cover the cost of the decorator. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Whilst this paper is beautiful and Lucie Annabel has some stunning designs I'm disappointed that 1 roll didn't even do 1 wall, no where near, not even a full wall as its around a fireplace. The paper is lovely there was little wastage but £75 and cant even do a feature wall?...no sorry never again. Get rid of the extravagant packaging , it goes in the bin and maybe take the cost off your paper.

While the wallpaper is a gorgeous design, the quality and customer service is not, I used the same method throughout the room to apply the wallpaper to the wall, however, from one roll only, the wallpaper simply shrinks and rolls off the wall, again, I used the same method throughout the room and has not been an issue elsewhere, apart from when this particular roll was used, I raised my issue to customer service and was treated in a very condescending and dismissive manner, unfortunately I would not recommend.

This wallpaper is amazing! I’m so happy with how it looks. Just had my utility room done, it looks so country. Will be ordering more in different pattern for my front room.

I almost didn’t order after reading the reviews on TrustPilot but so very glad that I did. And if you go to another well known review site they score 4.7 with over 600 reviews.

The service was immaculate and the wallpaper was good to work with and is stunning. I am now trying to persuade my decorator to find more rooms in our house to do!
