1st August 2023 - Netherlands Women vs Vietnam Women world cup match. The match was due to begin at 8am BST. I had placed 2 bets between 5am/6am BST totalling £193.50. £100 on over 5.5 goals and £93.50 on over 6.5 goals. All went through and accepted. Waited until the start of the match and everything was perfectly fine, Netherlands go up 3-0 inside 18 minutes, I feel naturally excited the bets going great, 4-0 at 23 minutes and just for reassurance to check what bets I placed I logged into luckster. I took a screenshot of my bets as they were going great and refreshed the page. The bets had vanished - literally gone. My balance showed £193.50 - no sign of my bets voided, no email to tell me what happened, nothing.

Only when the bets were going really great, Luckster decided to void them. I was absolutely confused and shocked. Had no idea what was happening so went on live chat - was told the odds were incorrect so they voided the bet 24 minutes into the match. Pure lie! I was panicking and feeling really down - so the first thing they did was actually ban my account - closed it down - they had no interest in the issue - they wanted me gone and pushed me away. Due to me panicking, i received a call from luckster and a lady on the other side of the call who told me "I can never be wrong i know everything as I've worked here for years" told me the bet was voided correctly and that I was wrong. But she did claim that she was still going to get it reviewed and checked although I highly doubt she did anything. She constantly stated the bet being voided was the right action. She disconnected the call around 40 minutes in and never called back.

I called back multiple times speaking to multiple people - their reasoning - the odds we incorrect were a pure lie. So i set out to disprove them. I googled for the odds pre match for over 5.5 goals and 6.5 goals and unsurprisingly found lucksters odds were worser then many leading betting websites - I was getting worser odds and a worser pay out with luckster. Yet I was told the odds were wrong - no. Nah. Not a chance your wriggling out with such a blatant lie.

So I provided a screenshot to prove that what luckster were saying was just pure BS, fortunately I was speaking to someone who agreed with me and took my side after 2 - 3 agents all said it was correctly voided. This agent said he will take care of it and I cant remember the timescale but as "a gesture of goodwill" the bet was honoured. Laughable.

Im sure they would have scammed many people that day and voided their bets - if they have please contact them to get your winnings paid out.

And whatever you do, do NOT EVER use luckster. They are the worst betting website ever to exist in the 17 years i have gambled.

So twice today I placed winning bets and the company marked them as rejected even though they are in your open bets slip. You watch your race. See your picks win. Log onto your account and instead of winnings you get a bet rejected notification. Its never happened on losing bets but today they've cost me 500 quid. Customer service say it could be to.h8gh stake, market change, market closed(even though 5/10 mins before event). Then they say we will escalate and close your chat and say its been a pleasure to help you. What a cowboy company. Stick to the shops or big bookies. These amateurs are only here to take your money. Winners not welcome

Took a while to verify my card initially. I have 3 cards but when I made a withdrawal they asked for me to send images etc of that card and my ID. All done and after a couple of days they paid. Since made a few withdrawals around £600-£800 mark no problems same day payout almost instant. I won pretty big yesterday - £8000 withdrawal requested and today nothing. Then 5.30pm they asked me for images of 2 x other bank cards on account despite not depositing with them nor have I requested withdrawal to them. Used same verified card as previously. Have this evening verified documents and said I’m now completely verified but my withdrawal for the £8000 is still pending. Feeling very nervous currently but hoping it comes in the next few hours as I have been informed they process withdrawals right up to midnight. No withdrawal limit amount for UK has been confirmed. So just patiently waiting checking my emails regularly to see if they have processed but no luck yet. Frustrating it’s taking longer than any other withdrawal.

Charge a % for withdrawals, this is not the standard for UK online betting, almost everyone else is free. Bonuses don't seem to be credited a day after settling. AVOID!

Absolutely the worst one out there. If anyone wins on that site I would be shocked. Stay well clear

Writing this and will edit update as I go. Deposited 110£. Have won around 1100 betting on tennis. I recieved a casino bonus on sign up- I hate casinos and never play them, anyway I had 110 and thought why not just spin it- made it to 370 but the wagering requirement is so high I got bored. I went to test their withdrawal times and was unable to withdraw my winninings on the sportsbook due to the bonus being active. So I deleted the bonus and it was removed. I withdrew 70 to my payment method PayPal this morning and it is still pending. I have sent my passport and bank statement in. Bare in mind most other bookies paypal withdrawals in a matter of minutes. I will keep this review and edit when and if the withdrawal is made in a timely manner and my stars given will reflect the time it takes. I hope they get their act togethe.

after depositing 100 I have won 1900 on tennis and have they limited my max stake to 200euro. this for me is not a good thing personally, nor is it good business for them.

legit sportsbook that will pay you if you get verified and they have no reason not to. can't fault them for that

They let you deposit money without a problem, without even checking if it's legal for you to gamble. When you try to make your withdrawal they make it as inconvenient as possible. They get you to pose and take pictures of yourself with the debit card and ID, they charge you a high withdrawal fee and they take ages approving those withdrawals. Avoid at all cost. Use a different website, there are plenty others.

Straight forward and speedy responses by customer support and easy to withdraw - very good communications.

Absolute shambolic site. When i joined the site it seemed ok a couple of small wins and couple of withdrawals, they then asked me to verify my account which i did with pictures holding my driving licence sending bank statements front/back copies of my bank card. I had a small pending withdrawal which hasn't been processed. Now randomly they've closed my account due to responsible gambling policy. ??? What because i asked about a pending withdrawal that still hasn't been paid.

I recently commented no sim yet BUT I’ve been winning and loosing won decent amount they processed and sent within an hour without needing Identification plus promos are awesome so best site I’ve been on yet 5 stars all the way

How in gods name these awful sites are allowed to operate is beyond me. I can only think that they give the gambling commision a back hander because this site is so bad its almost funny. If your thinking about opening an account then just grab your money and flush it down the toilet it'll be more fun than this site and you'll still have more chance of winning
