Spoke with Rachael today who was very helpful, as are all the other agents I will spoken with.

Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with being able to deposit whilst a pending withdrawal is in place but they are looking into for me.

I love this site, great games and I have had some really decent wins. Withdrawas are always processed quickly too.

Poor game choice

Poor game choice. Almost impossible to win anything ( very lucky if you get your money back). Not processing withdraws over the weekends. Waist of money.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience on the site didn’t bring you any luck. Something that ensures the safe and fairness of our site is we have absolutely no control on when and what our slot machines pay out.

Our games are provided by the some of the most reputable providers in the industry such as Microgaming and Evolution Gaming. Independent bodies audit all the games regularly.

We would never say “you’re luck will change” because as stated above, we simply can’t guarantee that.

What we can say is that anyone we feel hasn’t gotten value for money we will certainly look at compensating them with some bonus funds in the hope that they will find a win.
