I was really excited about this bag

I was really excited about this bag, but unfortunately the quality didn’t live up to expectations. I wore it only twice, and the part where the knot is supposed to be pulled and tightened (as intended by the design) tore after minimal use. This kind of damage shouldn't happen with normal handling, especially not after just two uses. :(
