La mia esperienza Ú sempre buona in quanto rispondono alle richieste e la spedizione Ú veloce. Ho già acquistato tre borse e sono sempre rimaste in condizioni ottime. L’ultima che ho preso purtroppo ha un difetto di non chiudersi (si apre spesso) e si stacca il nodo dalla borsa e mi capita che succeda in mezzo alla strada. Volevo comprare un altro colore ma al momento sto valutando

My new favorite handbag brand

This is, by far, my new handbag brand! It is the second handbag from LudÚer that I own(first one was gifted to me by my friends) and I couldn’t be happier! Amazing and interesting designs, amazing quality, perfect price point, fast and efficient shipping

Made an order, got refunded without a contact

On a Black Friday sale, I bought my girlfriend a bag that she wanted. I got the invoice, confirmation of order and everything. 14 days pass, no update on the order, therefore I write them an email. No response for 7 days and then I got a notification that my order will be refunded - without any clarification why. Literally wasted a month and now I have to buy my girlfriend Christmas present in the last few days. Horrific customer service.

We're really sorry to hear about your frustration and the inconvenience this situation has caused. We totally understand how important it is to get the perfect gift, especially for a special occasion, and we're genuinely sorry we couldn’t fulfil your order as you’d hoped.

To clarify, when you placed your order, the anticipated delay was noted at checkout, so you were made aware that shipping might take longer than usual. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders, the item quickly went out of stock, and despite our best efforts, we couldn’t restock in time to fulfill your order. As a result, our system automatically sent an email notifying you that the item was out of stock and that we wouldn’t be able to complete your order. If you didn’t see the email, could you kindly check your spam folder just in case?

When we’re unable to fulfill an order, it’s our policy to automatically process a refund to return your funds as quickly as possible. I know this is frustrating, especially given the timing, and we’re genuinely sorry that this wasn’t the outcome you were expecting. We also reached out to offer alternative solutions and products on December 17th but didn’t receive a response.

We really sympathize with the added pressure of needing to find a new gift with little time left before Christmas. If you’d like, we’d be happy to assist in finding a similar product or help in any other way to make this right. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch—we’re here to help however we can.
