Bedankt voor je feedback en onze oprechte excuses voor de ervaring die je hebt gehad met je recente bestelling.

We begrijpen dat de pre-order langer heeft geduurd dan verwacht, en hoewel de vertraging inderdaad slechts 2 weken was, hadden we gecommuniceerd dat onvoorziene omstandigheden enige vertraging konden veroorzaken. Helaas was dat in dit geval zo, en we betreuren het dat dit jouw ervaring heeft beïnvloed.

Het spijt ons ook te horen dat de maattabel niet aan je verwachtingen voldeed. We doen ons uiterste best om nauwkeurige informatie te geven, en het is teleurstellend om te weten dat dit in dit geval niet is gelukt.
