Shipping of Goods
Looking at some of the comments regarding fake websites. I think that's what may have happened to my son, hopefully I can be put right and he had not been scammed.
Order of goods did turn up today by UPS but was told they couldn't be delivered as he needed to pay more money because of shipping costs. WHY? the delivery was in the costs of the goods. We
Didn't pay this and they went back with the courier.
Has anyone had this issue or is this now a scam loss to my son. You live and learn by mistakes.

Always make sure to purchase from our official website: www.lukamachain.com. All other websites are scammers or sell low-quality counterfeit products. Some of these fake websites don't even ship anything to the customer. As of today, August 6, 2024, there are no active fake websites, and we are constantly proactive in tracking and prosecuting these sites to get them taken down as quickly as possible. We are also victims of these fake websites, and it is very sad for us that scammers use our name and photos to deceive people. We do everything we can to provide good products and services. I emphasize once again: only buy from www.lukamachain.com to be sure of your purchase.
Additionally, I understand that your goods were delivered via UPS, which suggests that you did purchase from us. When ordering from outside the EU, your government may impose import costs. UPS may have requested these fees on behalf of your government. You can indeed choose not to pay these costs, in which case the products will be returned to us, and you will receive a refund. However, if you pay these import costs, you will certainly receive the clothing that you desire. Please note that all orders within the EU are not subject to import costs. Unfortunately, these costs are beyond our control and are legally imposed by your government. Always inform yourself well about possible import costs when buying products online.

**edited*** as they say if I don't provide more details they will remove my review despite it being a verified purchase.
So the first reply to my review below said they had refunded me for my order. I check. No refund. No reply from customer services. I write it off making a mental note to never order from anywhere again if I can't use paypal. Weeks down the line this company REMOVES their orginal reply to my review saying they had refunded me and changed it to I must have used a scam website. So which is it? Either you LIED on the original reply saying you had refunded me and it was a scam site or you are LYING NOW, trying to get out of refunding me knowing the limit for refunds is closing.
Below is my orginal review. Which still stands and is 100% from a verified purchase and honest. Seriously, don't be a fool like me and let your kid twist your arm into ordering stuff they see on thicktok. It does not end well...
Checkout stated 2-4 days delivery. When a week had passed I contacted customer services. They said website was wrong and they can't change it. Dispatch time is 2-4 WEEKS! When i said this was poor customer service, out of the blue they cancelled my order even though they had already marked it as shipped on the ridiculous app i had to dowload to track it (which shows you how much you can trust their tracking). I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund seeing as they cancelled my order but they are ignoring me. Will have to try and reclaim it from the bank. Lukamachain don't tell me sorry, contact customer services. I have - they are IGNORING me because they want to keep my money. What an utter scam. I should have trusted my judgement when I saw they didn't take paypal but was ordering for my daughter and her friend so I thought give it a chance. More fool me. Thicktok scammers

I placed an order on the 10th of March…
I placed an order on the 10th of March which was confirmed and said delivery in 1-3 days.
On the 20th March when still no email from them or product , I emailed again.
No reply to any email No product and no communication.!!!!
2 months to reply says it all.!!!!!
It was not a fake site.!!!
