I did not get my sample

Ordering from Lumberjack Direct is a straightforward process. Erykah was great through the whole process. She helped with providing options and got the best pricing. The samples are big enough to have an idea of colors and surface quality. The quality of the product is excellent. I would order from them again

I dealt with Erykah pretty much since I first went to your website. She was very very helpful. Erykah explained the differences in the floorings, pointed me to flooring that I was interested in (your website has hundreds of choices) and helped me tremendously through the whole selection and buying process (I’m not computer savvy nor trusting). The flooring is being installed now and so far so good. It looks beautiful 😃

I have recommended LumberJack Direct to others that are considering flooring changes and I would not have done that if I wasn’t satisfied with their business manners or products.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the search feature on your website easier to use 😉

What led me to Lumberjack was the cost of the walnut engineered wood which was lower than other flooring companies. But the reason why I proceeded to order the material has more to do with the personalized service that I got from Erykah. Our modern world is full of robotic transactions, and direct customer service is, unfortunately, becoming almost rare. Erykah walked me through every step of the way, and gave me sensible and knowledgeable advice.
The only disappointment that I found was with the delivery company. My order was very, very heavy, and it was delivered in two huge packages (I’m talking thousands of pounds) and the driver was the only person to bring them up my driveway. How can they have only one person doing this delivery job. I ended up helping the guy, and tipping him generously, but nothing excuses the treatment that the delivery company gives to their employees. I believe that Lumberjack should find a different delivery company to work with.

Working with Lumberjackdirect was a well coordinated team effort between Company Leadership, Sales, and Operations Logistics. Samples were simple to order, shipped promptly, and really supported making the right flooring choice. After order placement, communications with Lumberjackdirect kept us posted with updates and shipping info. Upon receipt of the flooring, we immediately started installation. About 2/3rds of the way through the job, it was discovered there was not enough material to finish it. Lumberjackdirect pulled out all the stops to get us additional material quickly. This included special coordination with shipping and a dedicated delivery driver. It saved the day in assuring a seamless installation! Glad we chose to go with Lumberjackdirect.

Our project involved 3,000+ square feet of flooring for a new home.

Erykah and the Lumberjack team worked really hard to provide great customer service. They were flexible with delivery dates and keeping to our timeline. We received regular tracking updates of where things were. Payment-related matters were handled professionally and without issue.

We did have some trouble with one part of our order getting damaged in shipping. Erykah jumped on the problem to work on a resolution and we basically got there in the end.

Overall I would buy from this company again and think Erykah, in particular, was a great collaborator.

Lumberjack Direct far exceeded my expectations. They easily beat the pricing of all the local retailers I asked. By up to $4 a sq ft!!! The customer service was far beyond what I asked for. Communicating to me and helping me pick a new flooring.
They were so patient and kind! Who has those qualities anymore. Lumberjack direct does! I would choose them again and again!

Andrew, Justin, and Dylan are the most responsive and most helpful flooring people I have ever done business with. They were very flexible and understanding with my scheduling and restraints in my flooring project and I can't thank them enough. The Garrison products used in the project were amazing, both the hardwood and the adhesive. And the quote they provided me was incredibly competitive.

If I have another hardwood flooring project, I'm not going to hesitate to do business with them again
