When Luminal took over the management of my website, there were a few initial teething problems, particularly with access to the Wordpress dashboard. However their support team responded promptly and worked through the issues until everything was resolved.

Since then, they've addressed a number of technical matters behind the scenes, including updates and improvements which have helped to keep my website running smoothly and securely. It's reassuring to know the site is being actively maintained rather than simply left alone.

Communication has been courteous and professional throughout, and I now have confidence that my website is in good hands. I'm pleased with the service I've received and would happily recommend Luminal to anyone looking for reliable website management and support.
