Terrible service

Paid for lights not delivered. Despite’s repeated emails chasing the lights they never arrived

No email responses. No attempts to rectify

Do not use this company

Paid $350 for a wall light that was never shipped. Never replied to emails. Don’t bother with this company.

Quality of product is rubbish, was able to find a much better quality product elsewhere for the same price.
Company refused to give me a free return.
DO NOT BUY - wish I had seen these reviews before my purchase

I purchased two lamps from LuminariaCo. It took ages to receive them and when I did, one of the glass globes was smashed. As with other reviewers, I have sent several emails requesting a replacement, but have yet to hear anything from the company. The LuminariaCo website states that goods broken in transit will be replaced if you send photos within 48 hours of receipt. I complied with this.

After a while I purchased a replacement globe from another website, but it doesn’t match. Without a replacement globe, both lamps are useless because they are need as a pair of bedside tables.

A highly risky company to do business with. Do so at your own risk.

Je n'ai rien à reprocher quant au suivi de commande. Le colis m'a été livré dans des délais satisfaisants...Et en parfait état.. Les 2 ampoules commandées étaient très bien emballées... Mais au déballage, j'ai été déçue : Une des boites était ouverte et si à l'intérieur il y avait bien une ampoule, les supports carton étaient déchirés. Du coup, j'ai eu des doutes sur l'article livré : Est-ce une ampoule usagée ou de démonstration ? Elle fonctionne oui mais pour combien de temps ? Vu le prix de l'article cela m'embêterait que sa durée de vie soit écourtée

200€ pour un plafonnier immonde made in china. A éviter à tout prix ca en vaut même pas 10. Plastique coulant cheap au possible, avec les matériaux les plus bas de gamme et dont l'économie est visible partout. Livre même avec des piles tellement ils ne savent pas se qu'il vent. Sans notice et avec des pièces manquante dans un carton et un emballage de drop shipping. Fuyez!
