The ordering of the product was good, however the delivery was truly horrendous. I placed the order with delivery to a Locky box, and the delivery with GLS was not done as the parcels were too big.... もっず芋る

Excellent customer service and


Excellent customer service and beautiful lights. Would highly recommend. I have bought quite a few items from Lumories and all were easy to fit and look amazing. The last delivery was missing an item (the order was repackaged by the carrier) but they were super quick to resolve. Top quality customer service and communication.

Unfortunately the delivery experience was horrendous.

The ordering of the product was good, however the delivery was truly horrendous. I placed the order with delivery to a Locky box, and the delivery with GLS was not done as the parcels were too big. There was no communication, and when I finally phoned them they told me the problem. I asked for a delivery to my home, and they refused and I had to collect at their warehouse. GLS offer no customer service, and this is disappointing as it breaks down the whole experience.
